The hotel location is very good, near to the street shops and bus station. 2km from city center and ~10km to Alanya center. The service in the hotel was on a high level - the staff was always very friendly, positive and smiling. Very clean rooms and restaurants. They are changing the towels every day. The restaurants are good and delicious, but I would expect a little bit more diversity for a 5* hotel...

Nice atmosphere for families looking for a beach vacation. The resort offers many options such as yoga, water polo, beach volleyball, nightly entertainment. A good hotel with a great location and friendly staff. The hotel is located almost on the first line of the sea, from which it is separated only by tennis and volleyball courts. Location is perfect, close to the beach and the city center. Meals are excellent with great variety, the only thing missing was some herbal/fruit teabags Staff is friendly and helpful.

It is a good mid-tier hotel with very good food and a great location. The staff at the spa are polite and friendly, and the rest of the hotel staff are also courteous and hardworking. The room was okay — overall, a pleasant experience.
