Reviews
At first glance, the hotel looks great – the location is excellent, we had a lovely view from the balcony, and areas like the pool and lobby are well maintained. The problem is that cleaning only happens where it’s visible. As soon as you look beyond the surface, things change.
📷 I’m only attaching photos of the problematic areas, because you can easily find plenty of polished, staged photos online. For example, under the bed in our room clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and dirty dishes sat in the hallway for at least two days. The hallways felt neglected, even though the pool area was spotless.
🧼 It’s clear they focus on appearances – only what’s immediately visible gets cleaned, while the rest is ignored.
🍽️ Food was average, but the organization was poor. Breakfast was advertised until 9:30, but by 9:00 much of it was already being taken away. The schedule said dinner started at 6:30 pm, but every day it actually began closer to 7:00. These small things add up.
💧 Regarding the All Inclusive – I expected better. Water dispensers were often empty, and the juice machines frequently only poured water. It happened more than once. They also advertise that you can buy Corona beer (not included in the All Inclusive), but most of the time it wasn’t even available to purchase. I wanted to pay extra for it, but they simply didn’t have it – which is frustrating and shows poor inventory management.
🗣️ Communication was difficult – most staff speak very limited English. I tried several times to order a different beer than the standard All Inclusive one, explained it in different ways, and still got the same drink with a smile and a nod, as if they didn’t understand at all.
👧👧 I stayed here with my two daughters (7 and 9 years old). Our stay wasn’t ruined, but considering the price, I expected much more care and attention to hygiene and basic service. I reported the issues, but didn’t push it further.
🧾 I’ve attached a photo of the official meal schedule, but it rarely matched reality.
📌 In summary: the location is beautiful, and the view was great. The hotel has potential, but right now it’s more about appearance than real quality. If you value cleanliness and expect a consistent All Inclusive experience, you might want to consider other
We booked a family room, which was advertised with pictures showing a 2-bedroom accommodation type. We came in the middle of the night and were put into a small room with only 2 beds. They were kind of 2 double beds, but... four women (my 70-year-old mother, my wife, and my 2 daughters) and myself!?!? We had to wait until morning to talk to a manager. There was no shower curtain, electric sockets were falling apart, half of the light fixtures weren't working, and on the last day, the AC started dripping on my daughter's head in the bed. Light fixtures looked like they were going to fall off the wall any time soon. Anyway, the overall feeling was like the place was falling apart.
The next morning, we got one more room, not in much better shape. One of the lifts worked intermittently. I noticed some note on it that looked like it was by authorities, but I can't be sure, as I've seen similar notes on shops closed by them. Chairs in the restaurant were falling apart; I almost fell a few times. Food was typical hotel all-inclusive—absolutely nothing special. Drinks were more lacking than plentiful, and not always cold. The pools were very small. The pool bar also had a limited offer, even the paid one. Also, there were very few sunbeds. It was hard to communicate as only a few staff actually spoke English.
The location of the hotel is great. The beach is really just across the street, and part of the beach is designated to this hotel. There's a choice to use an extra paid sunbed or a free towel area. There's a beach bar also, but nothing there is included in all-inclusive. However, I have to say the bright side of all this was the people, the staff. Most of them were young people, and it was visible that they were making an effort to do their job well.
One of the rooms had towels replaced regularly and one didn't get them replaced once. Apparently you have to ask them to replace due to high volume. For almost 2k pounds without flights, for 9 nights they really should be replaced once a day without a question.
Restaurant is poorly organised, breakfast is so dry, nothing but just different types of bread - so poor, hotel staff are all rude and not helpful, hardly care for customers. All inclusive are limited so few drinks, charges apply on others.
We checked out of the hotel next day to a better place. The pictures shown on website is a different hotel, very deceiving
The receptionist couldn't care to know why we are checking out next day. Customer care is zero, and not helpful at all.
Please avoid this hotel, it's no go place. Too rough and crowded with people smoking everywhere. Only a small pool cluttered with pool chairs.
Instead of 7 nights booked, we only spent a night.
Basically the hotel is full of russian tourists and the reception is somewhat rude and always understaffed. The lobby is sometimes filled with pushy salesmen.
Big ups to the guy showing the guests to the rooms though!
The hotel itself is clean enough but we had no desire to spend any time in the hotel area. The best thing about the hotel is the location.
The food is good. There is alcohol.
The cleaning is bad - everywhere, the floors are dirty.
The internet is only in the lobby and weak.
The pool is still cold. The sea is nearby.
There was animation.
I will come back!
