Out dated rooms, dirty towels and bedding that are not white anymore, look dirty, smell bad and are badly worn.
Only one plug socket on one side of the bed, none on the other side. You need to unplug the kettle for the second person to charge their phone.
The cleaner cleaned everyday but never mopped the floor the entire time of stay. The cleaner only leaves one toilet toilet paper per day (very cheap quality), we had to ask for more toilet roll on two occasions at reception desk and reception staff had a stupid grin on his face and brought one out from the back of reception and handed it to us.
The room floors are outdated and scratched badly, I think they mixed cement on room floors when they do repairs.
You will only be giving one entry card to your room even if you are two of you staying in the room. They told us we are not allowed two key cards in our room. This is the first hotel that I came across one key card per room. Rubbish service.
The breakfast and dinner included in our stay but the food is hit and miss, some toasted nice some tasted sickly, the food is very repetitive. My partner had food poisoning (sickness diarrhea) on the last day of our stay, good job we had pepto bismal, otherwise there will be serious consequences. She couldn't eat for two days and had diarrhea for 4 days.
There are only a few sunbeds around the pool and they are taken quickly, you have to go to the hotel's beach that charges you 210 lira £4.58 each day for 2 sunbeds and umbrella. You are not allowed to bring your own drink to the pool area or to the beach, you have to buy it from the hotel bar, how ridiculous!
We ordered food a few times at the pool bar, it was very cheap quality food, the pizza served on a wooden chopping board that a bacteria haven, the pizza hasn't cooked in the middle, the cheese not even melted. Very unprofessional chefs. The atmosphere in the restaurant in the evening and breakfast was like someone had died, probably funeral tea could have a better atmosphere, no background music in the restaurant, chefs face impression is like we are all aliens, no smile on their face.
The woman at the till at the end of the pool bar who takes the money from all the waiting staff looked miserable, I guess she's the boss.
I would never book a holiday to this hotel. Might be a one night stay if there are no other better hotels left. We spent ridiculous amount of money staying at this hotel. It's a money trap. Only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The hotel is located next to the cemetery! Average food. The cleaning is terrible - the toilet is cleaned with a toothbrush!!! Towels are not changed. Please don't move here! The hotel is not even worthy of 3*!
