Besides a bad Wi-Fi everything else is great, the staff, the food and the location.

I was very satisfied with the service at your hotel. Susane helped us with every request, including the boat trip and everything else. The hotel was about 10 minutes from the beach, clean, and the food was good. As for the room, I would have liked it to be a bit more spacious. We had a great time and hope to see you again. Thank you for the hospitality.

The hotel is not on the beach, but it is in a very good location. There are many markets nearby, the beach is just a few minutes walking and the center is close by. The ladies who clean the rooms are nice and kind and the cleanliness is truly commendable. The guys from the restaurant and bar are pleasant and frendly, always ready for a joke and a kind word. The food is delicious, the choice for each meal is beautiful. I am sure that everyone can choose a nice and decent meal for themselves. New portions are released regularly. It was my first time and I can freely say that I am very happy that I chose this hotel. My rating is 100000/10 ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nice hotel, excellent staff, in one word I want to come there again!

We rested in this hotel in September 2020. We thought for a long time which city to choose for a holiday in Turkey, but after reading the reviews we decided to stay in Alanya. The big advantage of this resort is the famous Cleopatra Beach with amazing sand. Despite the fact that the vacation took place almost at the end of September, the weather was hot, the air temperature was about 35 degrees. The water is just super, very warm, swimming is a pleasure. We even managed to get sunburned because we stayed on the beach at the very peak of the solstice. From the hotel to the beach it is about 10 minutes walk. There were few vacationers at the hotel given the pandemic. They brought us to the hotel around 10 am, fed us breakfast and checked us into our room early. The room had 2 separate beds, we moved them together. I really liked the cuisine, the varied menu included meat, fish, fresh vegetables and fruits. The olives were delicious, I took them every time. I liked the desserts, they were juicy and melted in your mouth. Drinks I liked were coffee, cola and Fanta. Free alcohol includes vodka, beer, and wine. I took a glass of white wine once, which was enough for tasting. You can also drink beer sometimes, but we bought it at the store. The hotel has a small pool, I swam in it a couple of times. The room has air conditioning, but it turns off when you open the door to the balcony, as it turned out😊A Russian-speaking girl works at the reception and helped us when various questions arose. Of course, a huge advantage of this hotel is the staff, bartenders, cooks, administrators, they create a pleasant atmosphere for a good rest. It was a pleasure to be here. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

Very nice hotel with very pleasant personnel! Always happy barmen and smiling receptionist 😊. The food was perfect for me and my wife! I loved grilled and braised vegetables with meat and fish. The room was small but enough for two people. A great city view from the balcony, especially at night! The location is also great, about 10 min to the Cleopatra beach. Had a very nice stay there! Keep it up!
