Great location easy access soon as I arrived got a free upgrade brilliant breakfast nice people they go out their way to help u rooms cleaned everyday my luggage arrived two days late they kept me up to date on it (they did not have to and made calls to Pegasus airlines every day highly recommended

I have stayed here three times before. Never again. They claimed that the room we booked direct even exists, yet we have stayed in that room before. They moved us into another hotel on the street behind it. It was…. Not the same. No AC, no WiFi, the door wouldn’t lock…. Not a nice place. Maybe they overbooked? I don’t really know…. But they ruined my experience in Istanbul. Don’t stay here!

Wish I could give a minus review. Worst hotel ever. Their behaviour is so rude. They don’t even care for the guests. No proper washroom, no tissue paper. And worst of all they will show you a room and give you another room which will probably be in a basement with no mobile data and no wifi as well. They even open the door sometimes. I saw someone with a baby who slept on the bus cause they didn’t open the door. They also change their location 3 times in two days. They did the same with us as well.

What a digester!!!!
They supposed give us 2 rooms but they give us a room in different place and after one day they change the room and told us to move us in an under ground. With no wifi. Even There’s no tissue in the washroom.

me and my wife arrived at this hotel on the day of reservation. but unfortunately the hotel does not live up to the description at all. cigarette smell and dust. Dogs. the elevator is not working. In addition, the administrator placed you in an apartment 600 meters away saying that he would do you a favor. when we said show the place we booked, he said there is a person in the room, come after 2pm. the condition of the apartment is very bad, hair and dust everywhere. told me to pay without showing the place and then brought me to this place on foot. I was forced to stay one night because of our inexorable exhaustion. I don't recomend strongly

Worst experience of my life! Booked a twin room, they gave us a room with a double bed. The duvet was a single bed size which were placed sideways across the bed. The bedding was really disgusting, see photo. Not to mention the bad smell and filthy breakfast area. No cups for coffee. The floor planks were broken and covered with old rugs. (Rags) It was cold and wet. It was impossible to complain to anyone as no one could speak or understand English. Stay far away from this hotel.

Location was in decent place, sultan mehmat area . Everything was in walking distance. Room size are really small. WI.fi was just fine. Customer service was below average. Room service was bad . They didnt come to my room until 3rd day to change towels, soap, worst part have to come

If u try to get 2nd plate , they ll come and take out from your hands.
After first night i told they i ll get different hotel . But they were not willing to return un used days money back to me . So i did my breakfast elsewhere after first morning

Absolutely disgusting. Our hotel room looked so nice online. However when we got there they took us to the back of nice looking part of the hotel. Our building was not the same online. The rooms we’re big however everything was of poor quality. Nearly everything was broken. The showers kept on getting blocked at the bottom to the point where I was nearly swimming with the water I used to wash myself. The worst part about this was the beds. The actual duvet under the sheets were all yellow damp and stinking of sweat. I realised this the next morning and when I woke up my whole body was itching and after looking closer I had gotten bed bug bites all over my body and face. Everything in the room looked very cheap too and could easily fall of as well. The man staff however was really friendly when I told them about the issues they came and fixed it. They gave us the bad side of the hotel I believe if you unluckily get it then you will come across these problems. Also the lady we explained about our problems is all talk. She says she will fix it without even saying sorry. And says it so casually as if she hears all these problems everyday

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE (PAID POSITIVE REVIEWS) This hotel booking was extremely disappointing. First of all, incorrect information is listed, the hotel is not a 4 star hotel (more like a 1 start hotel) and the room photos are fake. The booking was non-refundable and not at all worth the money. Hotel had various problems. Firstly, no hot water and room heater, I had to tell them every single day to fix the hot water and it gets fixed timely, same problem every single day. Secondly, bathroom had major problems including broken shower, which I had to tape it down to shower and bathroom it full with mildew. Furthermore, there were uncountable mosquitos in the room causing with lots of rash and marks and my body and face. The room had a small tv which was unusable as it was mounted at the top of the wall not facing the bed. The reciptionist was extremely arrogant and unsympathetic. I addressed all my issues to her but she said "thats the room you booked" and asked for £25 more per day for a different room. I stayed for 11 night with these issues only because it was a non-refundable booking. I have attached few pictures of the room.
