The staff were exceptionally welcoming, kind, and attentive, creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Their genuine care and professionalism made me feel completely at home, and they are the main reason I would choose to return to this hotel. The location is also ideal, as it is within easy reach of public transportation and only a short walk from the historic Sultanahmet landmarks. I also loved the evening activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable and offered wonderful opportunities to meet new friends from all over the world.

Great location. We had a private room with a balcony. The room cleaning was pretty bad. The breakfast was OK, but like everyone says very repetitive. It has so much potential the place, they just need to find the way to fix up few details.

The room was super comfy as well as the terrace. The view is just stunning. Although the pub crawl would be better, the atmosphere was excellent in terms of sociality.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in March 2025. The location was excellent, as it was close to all the major tourist attractions, making it convenient for exploring the area.
Breakfast options were limited but fresh, including cheese, bread, jam, tomato slices, apple slices, a boiled egg, cucumber slices, and orange slices, served with tea or coffee.
The staff was friendly and helpful, though we noticed that a kettle jug for tea or coffee was not provided in the room, which would have been a nice addition. The room was fairly clean, but there is some room for improvement.
One issue we experienced was a loud noise early in the morning on our second day, possibly from goods being unloaded nearby. Additionally, the air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.
That being said, the hotel was affordable and had a restaurant with a lovely view, which was a nice highlight. We had read many positive reviews before our visit, but our experience didn’t fully match those expectations.
Overall, it’s a budget-friendly option with a great location, but there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

It is a very nice place, with a view of the sea that I loved, the best thing is to have breakfast with this view and seeing the beautiful birds that Istanbul has. When I arrived I was very well received at the reception. Eddy is very kind, and he helped me connect with other travelers at the bar, while we shared music and even ended up dancing salsa to remember my country, Colombia. His mother is also very loving. I think it is a good place, quality - price, and very well located. I recommend it.

The breakfast buffet was consistently tasty and fortifying, the beds comfortable, showers above average (plenty of hot & cold) and staff always helpful and available. It was easy to get to all the typical tourist hot spots, but the hotel is tucked away enough that you don't suffer noise or crowding.

Good place to stay. All staff are friendly and willing to help you make anything you want happen.

The location and view was amazing. We had a great time at the Bucoleon Palace Hotel. The staff was really kind and helpful. Breakfast was filling and I really enjoyed their service. I highly recommend this place to everyone..
