This is my favorite place to stay when I come to Istanbul. I refuse to go anywhere else. Everyone is so nice and sweet. I love coming here because it’s like a family

The best hostel in the İstanbul to stay. Location is perfect and staffs are very friendly, helpful. And there's an amazing cat which welcomes you. There's also a terrace and it has great İstanbul view. You'll like it.

I’ve come here twice and loved it both times. I’ve experienced staying with friends and also being solo. Both times were great and the staff was very welcoming. The rooftop was a highlight of both trips. I also booked serval things through the hostel which turned out great.

I liked probably only the bed itself, a good mattress, bed linen and a blanket. BUT! It is located on a very busy street, the upper bed is near the window and also without curtains, well, i.e. transparent, there is tulle, but the light from the lanterns is very bright. Maybe they need to be adjusted near the windows or the seal needs to be replaced, in general there is no soundproofing. But at least...

Guests are mostley locals ( very kind people) Rooms are very cosy. Too many stairs to reach the third floor. During my stay, rooms weren't fully booked, but the shower was always cold. The location is among bars and cafes, perfect for night life.

Everything is good, but the stairs of the building are very steep, so people with bad knees should be careful.

The location is amazing! The main thing is why I recommend it. I didn’t like that there was no kitchen, but there was a kettle and a microwave. It is difficult to find staff for check-in. There are no places to dry clothes. But it all pays off in price and location. It’s located on a street like this with umbrellas.

Great location, warm and friendly service, clean and cozy bedding and facilities, shower with warm water that comes out in 1 second, and the water pressure was great💕 It was great to start off in a good accommodation for my first trip to Turkey. 💕 Although it is a newly built hostel, it seems like they work really hard on cleaning. The bedding was really comfortable and nice!

This hotel is in a small quiet place just off some main roads. The room was clean, though there was a little smell I don't think it was our room at all. Housekeeping was done daily and there was a free breakfast next door.

Cosy boutiqe hotel in the heart of old city located in Istanbul, steps away to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and Topkapi Palace..

The location and view was amazing. We had a great time at the Bucoleon Palace Hotel. The staff was really kind and helpful. Breakfast was filling and I really enjoyed their service. I highly recommend this place to everyone..

It was a bit unprofessional, like when you arrive there's noone at the reception so you have to call them. Rooms are quite nice and bed super comfy! Out of all I liked the location the most and that's why I'd choose it again.

Perfect hotel for travellers on a budget. The place is clean, well located and the staff as well as the owners are very friendly and helpful in many ways. Dorm cost 70tl per person per night and even include a small breakfast. Guests can use the kitchen and fridge at any time. I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

It was located next to Hagia Sophia. Highly affordable. Reception was open at 1:00 am and they welcomed me. They give me luggage facility without any cost even I was checked out. One thing that can be improved was electric socket was not working with my bed. Overall excellent experience. Would recommend solo travel like me.

I stayed 10 days , but 5days later they cleaned my room . That time she given me a bed sheet with holes after she said to me that “ u pierced bedsheet” . I didnt i never smoke in my life. i asked change bedsheet pls again 3days later but cleaner lady said cannot . My bedsheet were dirty and i spilled water then cannot sleep but she said still cannot . She always angry with her work . I never come again...

Murrat and ismet two of the staff at the sultan guest House were absolutely fantastic the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and air conditioning to keep you cool restaurants everywhere hosting good food and close to the centre

This is one of the best hotel in Turkey. My visit with husband became so special with this hotel hospitality. Mr Mustafa is a real gem that the hotel has! He has magic in his personality and hands too. I am missing him so much!! I will visit this hotel again for sure!

Good value for the money. With less than 50 euros per night price, the place is a good choice for travellers. Don't expect luxury, you will find kind staff, nice rooms and daily cleaning. Just what you need for a short vacation in Istanbul.

I really liked the big Apple. I stayed in the 14 bed dorm, and was greeted by 13 other big Apples, which I received gleefully. It made my apple even bigger. Apple Apple Apple 🙊🤤

This is one of the best hotel in Turkey! My visit with husband was so special with this hotel hospitality. They treat you like family. Mr Mustafa is a real gem that the hotel has! Amazing facility with an excellent and attentive staff. Has a great sense of community and atmosphere as well which is everything you can ask for in a hostel. Other perks include the rooftop terrace and perfect location for sightseeing. Daniel at the front is also great and a wealth of knowledge about the area.

Well, this hostel is the best I had in Istanbul in terms of design and comfort. I liked the bathrooms that each room has, the kitchen was kept clean and tidy. The location is great if you aim at the tourist spots because it's close to Galata tower and Istiklal shopping street.

Great experience at this hostel. It is clean and comfortable. The dorm room are nice as there are stairs to the upper bunks instead of ladders and the beds are cozy with privacy curtains. Booked 5 nights at £340 very reasonable price so would rate according to what i paid. We r family 2 adults 2 kids and had deluxe room. Location excellent just beside the Topkapi palace. Room conditions are good and super value for money. Travel savvy people will love this place unless any one desires a place with 5 star facilities. You will find lot of restaurants and necessary shops close to the hotel. Best part is their staffs. They will help you in every aspects whatever you need with smile. Love this place and people.

i stayed in private room, different house from dormitory. i got room in 4th floor with no elevator, so dont bring big luggage. the staff is quite helpfull. breakfast is just average. despite all that facts, the security is very good and the location is very close to tram station sultanahmet.

Great hospitality and service, especially the first few nights we stayed. After a bit of travelling we returned, and our rooms were a 15 minute walk from the main hostel building, with no priority notice. Very inconvenient, as we chose the hostel in part based on its location.

A great place around sultanahmet and ayasofia near from tramavy but really bad service

The sheets were not changed and little dirty, would give lower rating if it wasnt that cheap. The music is pretty loud too.

I spend there 2 nights and it was great, they have clean rooms and restrooms and also a big kitchen. The location is just great in city centre. Also the prices are fair (9€ per night for a last minute reservation). The only problem is that they ask you to call them in order to open you the door but if you travelling abroad and you don’t have free roaming you’ll face some problems.

If I'm ever in Istanbul again, I will definitely stay here again. Tugi, Ugur, and Ahmed made my trip with my mom absolutely fabulous and very memorable! The rooms are cozy and clean, the breakfast is yummy and made with lots of care and love and the atmosphere is very fun and welcoming. It is also very well located in terms of all the touristic sites and they can also help you book trips and activities...

Had a really good time here staying at this hostel. The location is fantastic and it has a social atmosphere and a rooftop terrace. Bar upstairs does happy hours and rooms were adequate. Towels are 20 lira and staff are happy to book taxis and get you in tours. The rooftop terrace has a good view of the city, however if you like partying, there are no clubs or good pubs close by. Bahaus has great location near Blue mosque, etc. Not sure the staff will have your back if anything happens. In my room person was locked in bathroom for at least 15 minutes before forcefully breaking out. Shortly thereafter repeat with quicker escape. Staff informed both times, but NEVER showed their face.

Overall the hostel isn't anything special (everything is quite old) but what makes it stand out is the very friendly atmosphere. Not only the staff is extremely helpful, but most importantly the place is set up in a way that allows you to meet people and spend a good time together with other guests. I had the best time at this hostel . They have great helpful and fun team . Ilkin, Alim , tugay and aron. They called me the champion cuz I beaten them all PES and FIFA . Basic dorm with shared bathroom and kitchen. All very clean. Basic breakfast was included. They have a rooftop to chill and hang out. Right in the old town, close to the bazaar. Recommended:)
