Class Hotel Bosphorus With Jacuzzi

Great hotel compared to price, staff are very very polite and respectful and very helpful, on our last night the AC broke down and they did not charge us for this night, this shows the courtesy and respect that management has.
Rooms are spacious and clean and up to the need for a tourist who spends his day out and comes to his room to rest.

Couple of points they need to improve:
1- Breakfast takes long time to be brought to your room since it seems to be
outsource, and the breakfast timing is only 9-11 and we usually leave the hotel by 9 to explore the city, we stayed for 8 days and we had breakfast two times only, breakfast should start at 8 AM in my opinion and shall not take more than 10 minutes to be delivered once you order it.
2- be more aggressive with noisy guests, there was a family that booked two rooms next to us, we were unable to sleep for 3 nights till they checked out.

Overall experience was great from the hotel's side, staff and cleanliness, I will definitely stay in Class Hotel again if I visit Istanbul.

Nice and calm hotel on the hills near to the bridge, the place is new and modern, I definitely recommend this hotel for people who seek tranquility and calm far away from Istanbul crowed.

Outstanding value, service and magnificent views of the Bosphorus Bridge and beyond from the terrace. The building is near new, the rooms large with a spacious, modern bathroom. Spotlessly clean. The service and attention from Emre on reception was incredible, he was so helpful and accommodating. I would gladly stay again on my next trip to Istanbul.

It completely good.they took every basic things into details. Nice room, clean towel. Refrigerator stocked with drinks. View from terrace shows whole lot about Istanbul in a sec. Its location to sahil( boat cruise) is fantastic. Very nice staffs, a little bit of hills on the street , but very good for people who likes hiking. Old citizens would need a regular cab but yeah its easy to order a taxi! Generally its a satisfactory experience

The view is amazing from this hotel! Keep in mind that the standard rooms are “under” which basically means you take the stairs down to your room and sunshine is limited. I didn’t like that very much so I paid extra to upgrade to a floor above. Keep in mind there is no elevator on property and parking space is limited to what is around the hotel. I had a hard time driving up with my rental when the roads were icy but taxis do come and go often. The staff is very helpful and friendly!
