Unfortunately this place not like before
They give us room ground floor
is like underground
No sunlight full dark , windows closed by wall
And if you want change must pay $20 extra
To give you room with balcony
Now they not care about clean
All the kitchen stuff dirty we washed by our self
Women who clean room

We stayed in this hotel for three days. It was excellent in terms of location and access to different places, the reception of the hotel Mr. Sina and Mr.Shahrouz were excellent. Their behavior was very friendly. And the fact that this hotel had a kitchen was a good option for us.

Def 10/10! Amazing room and outstanding staff! Will book this hotel once back to Istanbul.
Of course the location is great, also there is a awesome supermarket near by!!! ( Wifi is fast and workable)

the place is totally adequate for a 3 star hotel. the location is near to Taksim square, big shopping street is in 5 min walk. reception is attended 24 hrs. they are polite and responsive. There are areas to improve, but this is a 3 star and priced accordingly. I give 5.

Very nice management, close to the famous square of Taksim & the wonderful İstiklal street, offering good breakfast, good free wifi, most of the rooms are small, weak lighting of the upstair corridors, not suitable location for old people since the surrounding streets are sharply inclined.

We rested with my boyfriend. We liked it very much, the stay was impeccable. The staff of this house are welcoming and friendly. They always helped us, whether it was help with transport or just we needed some things for life. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very stylish. All the necessary equipment was in the room. Awesome people, amazing managers! We are very grateful to the staff. If we ever return to Istanbul, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
