We booked the luxury suite on the top floor, which had a nice view. The room was spacious and very comfortable, for a very reasonable price. The staff was very kind and smiling.
The only negative was the breakfast that wasn’t great, but it was very cheap. I recommend this nice hotel!

Its not 4 stars hotel ...the Deluxe room small and i change to family room , its larger than deluxe and better ... the room of breakfast tooo small and the breakfast not includ all kind

The hotel is very cozy and the staff are so helpful… the location is perfect if you want to stay near taksim area

After staying at the hotel, I am compelled to give a low rating. Although the place seemed nice at first glance, the reality was disappointing.
I am very disappointed with the service. The staff showed indifference and were not at all service-oriented, making every request or question a frustrating task.
The rooms were not maintained to an appropriate standard. I encountered peeling walls and dampness in many places, which weighed down on my stay and created a sense of neglect and discomfort.
Another point I must emphasize is the noise. In the rooms on the lower floors, the noise was so loud that it was very hard to sleep. Attempts to request an alternative room were met with refusal, demonstrating a lack of flexibility and concern on the part of the management.
In summary, despite the potential the place offers, the overall experience was disappointing and unpleasant. I cannot recommend this place, and I hope the management will consider improving these points for the future.

First of all the location was excellent. It was 3 minutes walk from Taksim square. We had no problem talking the metro or the buses. The room was excellent. It was exactly as we saw in the photos here. It was big enough and had all the comforts that were promised. Every day the staff cleared the room and everyone was very polite in this hotel. The breakfast was really good and had a wide variety of food and beverages. This hotel was a really value for money! The neighbourhood was a bit loud in the night and the noise was a little bit disturbing some time between 23:00-02:00 but it was not a fault of the hotel. Also, the only "bad" thing I can say about the hotel was the mattress was very hard.

this was ok . but one day at 12:00 we must out on the half slip , we don't take any information before and 110 tl for 2 kecks 2 Wotter and 4 Coca-Cola.

Taximist is clean, comfortable, and convenient. We enjoyed our ten day stay immensely, especially the great omelettes by the chef at breakfast (be sure to ask for cheese). We were given a room on the second floor facing the street but the windows killed the noise once we shut them. I only had two complaints: 1) the air conditioning blasted directly at the beds, making it freezing no matter what we did to reduce the fan or raise the temperature. 2) the staff are almost too diligent, I felt like I was being studied every time I entered the very small reception. Also, one of the staff members added me on LINE using my phone number, which I find completely inappropriate and invasive.

The Taximist Hotel deserves a very good rate.
Stuff are very helpful, high service,location is near to Taksim street, it is clean...the rooms are OK, price is affordable, Food is tasty. The Manager Faysal is so cooperative, he also talks in Arabic & can advise you where & how to go,
Yesterday we came from Istanbul and planning to go back to the same hotel next year. I recommend this hotel.
