DORUK PALAS HOTEL

I stayed for one night at DORUK and what I can say is if others hotels wanted to train their staff on how hospitality should look like, they should come here to take lessons. They are very helpful and considerate and do everything they can to make sure you feel like home. Also not pushy behavior, just friendly and with a smile on their face. I will definitely come back when I travel to Istanbul.

The most friendliest, kind and helpful staff you’ll ever meet. They even have their own cat Mr Osman as security staff. Everyone should learn from Doruk Hotel how to welcome and treat their guests right. Their hospitality is world class!

This is such a wonderful hotel. Their hospitality is nowhere near the level that is normally provided nowadays. They’re always willing to help, genuinely kind and so fun to talk to. Every guest stops at front desk on their way out and back to have a conversation with staff. They care about you, they’re easy to deal with and everything there is simply so smooth. Breakfast is amazingly fresh and varied. Such good value for money as well. Their cat Osman is a lovely guy that hangs around and makes everything seem so chill and enjoyable, as was our stay af Doruk Palas Hotel. Thank you so much for everything! Hospitality like this is so rare to find these days. I highly recommend this hotel, come here and you will not be disappointed!

We absolutely loved our stay at Doruk, the rooms were great and the staff were INCREDIBLE! The free breakfast was amazing and nothing was too much to ask from the staff. They made the effort to make us feel like family! If you're in Istanbul, you honestly cannot go wrong with staying with them.

Very nice hotel with the nicest staff i have ever had. We had a very pleasant stay. Reception was always sorry helpful. The food was good and the rooms very nice and clean. Also a lot of free service and free drinks offered.

I can fully recommend this hotel. Next time in Istanbul, we will definitely be there again.

We had three unforgettable days at the hotel. The lobby manager, Mr Osman, was really lovely, he chose to sleep with us on one of the nights, very lovely and quiet, the ultimate luxury. The owner recommended and many delicious restaurants.
Every member of the service staff was very friendly and generous, we were given complimentary coffee and black tea which was warm and delicious. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I love this hotel, cosy, clean, great service and a lovely souvenir from the owner when we checked out. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would absolutely choose this hotel again. ❤️

We have just had 3 nights at this hotel for our first trip to Istanbul. The hotel is clean and modern and has everything you would need for a city break stay. The breakfast is also very nice with a variety but the best part of the hotel is the staff - myself & my partner want to thank Ahmet, both Muhammad’s & Hassan. They are so kind and friendly, accommodating and welcoming. They also have great tips for the city. When we come back in the future we would definitely stay again. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had nice view. The Turkish breakfast was fantastic and they offered a variety of coffees and teas. The managers (including Mr Osman, the resident cat) and staff were super nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to make it a memorable stay. They also gave us great tips on where to eat.
Will absolutely go back to this hotel.

The best hotel in Istanbul, service at the highest possible level, everything clean, wonderful breakfast, rooms very quiet. Amazing view from the room as well, overall unforgettable experience, you are treated as well as you have a feeling that people who work there are really enjoying the job and simple humans interactions on a daily basis. We have booked this hotel last minute in the middle of the night due to the missed flight and they were so full of compasion and offered it to us for their usual fair price, not overpriced as you can often experience in another hotels when they know you have nowhere to go. We are really grateful that we have found this place and will definitely stay there when visiting Istanbul in the future. Thank you so much for everything!

Thoroughly loved my stay at this properly. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure the guests are satisfied with their stay. Their hospitality definitely made me feel like home. The breakfast is also great with a good spread.
I’d also like to mention Mr. Osman (the cat), who is always present at the property and is fun to play with, which adds a special touch to the property :)
