My stay was great. I lived in room 112 on the 1st floor. My room was always very clean! The women's wich cleaning my room were amazingly helpful! I especially want to express my gratitude to a woman named Lola. She was very friendly and helped me with every request of mine: starting from places for shopping, walking, laundry and many others requests. The Hotel was excellent, the bed was comfortable. Everything was up to par!

Only the location is not so nice , near industrial zone. But if you are for shipping business there is perfect

Very good hotel.
Cleaning personal had very good sense for detail I can tell.
Lovely food and lovely spa as well.
The neighborhood is not so nice, but if you have a reason to be in this area, the hotel is perfect

Older hotel, but quite clean, good service and nice a SPA area with indoor pool, located on the Asian side of the city is very close to SAW airport and to the Tuzla Yacht harbour

If you ever have a chance to visit the hotel when Mr. Sefa is hosting, cherish it, he is the mvp of hotel hosts. From entrance to the hotel to entrance to the room everything was of perfection. It has been a great experience.

The hotel offers offers a restaurant with decent food and staff was generally courteous and could speak English. That being said the rooms had signs of ageing. The air-conditioner thermostat was broken and would just run heating contineously, untill fully turned off. Bathroom didn't have enough lighting. My colleague had issues with washroom aswell.

Bad experience, not suggested. I booked three nights, and the first night they send me to another hotel saying something about delay in cruise or similar. The quality level of the other hotel was almost zero. Then, no excuse, no room charge reduction, neither offer me a coffee. And the towel at Hilton were old and worn out. Never more here. Keep out.

A nice hotel next to the wharfs. Theres not really much around here but I used it for a night after my late arrival at SAW Airport. It reached within 15min by taxi.
The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious and there is everything you need. My room even had a nice terrace.
I really enjoy my short stay here and I will for sure come back when I need to stay around the airport.
