Great location to all sorts of public transportation and a solid breakfast in the mornings. The pictures do not match the reality of the hotel. We were initially disappointed by the room, but were ultimately fine over a few days. Everything in Istanbul is more expensive than it should be.

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 times and i always recommend it to all of my friends and relatives.
Location, cleanliness, rooms and staff are more than perfect.

Good hotel for a few day or a weekend but not extended stay over 4 days…
On the good side:
OK location near Taksim square and metro and nearby bars, but dirty area and lots of harassment in the streets.
Staff are very low key, say hi and they don’t answer you back or looking to your face , it’s okay if you want quiet and incognito. The hotel manager is nicer.
Breakfast is OK but you get tired of eating the same thing after 3 days … not much change day after day.
Now for the not so good:
Towels missing or towels dirty (spotted ,stained or finding someone’s hair on the towels after they cleaned to room) or damaged.. 🤮
Double bed Room is way smaller than appears on pictures. AC does not work well, and hotel stops it overtime to conserve energy… not great in mid July heat after a full day of walking around when you just want to go relax in a cool space, wifi soo slow and one full day we didn’t had wifi
Elevator too small and slow takes 5 min to come or go downstairs.
Had to change room cards a few times since it demagnetized…

Hello, it’s been an amazing 8days stay at this hotel. Great location / good service / good breakfast / very clean room

After reading reviews ,I decided to book this hotel!I the reviews are correct!
The location is perfect, within walking distance of taksim square.
The rooms are comfortable and clean!
The service is amazing especially from khalil,issa,and fikrat.
All these guys have an amazing customer service.
They are very polite and helpful
And also there is no language barrier ,some speak Arabic and some English!
Also breakfast is delicious!
I will recommend this hotel and definitely be back for future trips

I recommend this Hotel. Location is perfect and the staff are very friendly ,nice and helpful. The room is very clean and the breakfast was very delicious.

-One small left only.
- The toilet is not private separate room. Instead they put a partition and include the WC without privacy.
-The curtain is not cover the window properly. The sunlight will wake you up.
-No Channel for entertainment in English

Good. Small rooms.if u have a baby i dont recumend cuz since no way for stroller . But in general its good

The best hotel I have ever been to, the service, the food, the view and everything was super good. I highly recommended the staff are the best.
