Golden Crown Hotel

The hotel experience was dreadful. The elevator was not working, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the staff was unresponsive and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. The overall service and facilities were far below expectations. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. I stayed for 4 nights and regretted the choice. The advertised photos of the hotel are not what you actually get. The rooms are TINY and so old. The fridge did not work. The mugs in the room for tea/coffee were stained and filthy. The AC stopped working. The bedding did not have any quilt covers. The housekeeping service did not clean rooms or bathrooms thoroughly, and it was done very late in the day. Towels were not replaced consistently.
Breakfast was average at best. Majority of staff were pleasant but unable to assist with any queries due to major language barriers. Not worth the cost. Would not recommend staying here.

This has been the worst experience of my life and I travel regularly.
The hotel was really filthy, the floor in our room was very greasy after cleaning, not to mention that the cleaners came late in the day, the breakfast room was dirty too, I mean there were spots on the chairs and tables and the mirrors weren’t clean at all.
The breakfast was really dry, the warm water in the shower didn’t really work all together the shower didn’t work very well.
When we complained the staff wasn’t understanding and didn’t take our other complaints seriously. Even other people complained about the same problems.
Not to mention that almost every time we walked past the reception nobody was there.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anybody, it was disgusting and absolutely not like the sugarcoated pictures you see online. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!

This Hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. Rude, incompetent staff, who were not welcoming and unable to help with booking any of the attractions. The rooms were not very clean and the furnishings throughout the hotel rather old. Whilst I can appreciate an olde worlde charm, the overall impression was just one of dirtiness. The chairs in the breakfast room were stained and not clean, the tables were not wiped and the mirror showed the same stains the whole week. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Rude treatment, even after being cleaned still dirty, the breakfast room was dirty too and breakfast didn’t taste good, the room cleaning was very late in the evening and the warm water didn’t work. This was the worst hotel I have ever been in and I travel a lot.

Broken washer in the bathroom, dirt in the floor, insects on the corners of the living room when you wait to check in.

When we send message they told us to get us free drinks. And they didn’t believe until they saw photos.

The best part when i asked for toilet paper they gave me not new one, instead of a used.

Last but not least they cancelled the accommodation in booking platform when we were into the room because they wanted to hide all these problems.
