Kind of a scam.
We booked it on a popular platform but they cancelled when we arrived (to avoid a bad review there)
We booked 2 rooms and when we arrived they said that they don't have it anymore, we settled with a suite.
The rooms were awful: the lights were not working, moldy smell, the main door lock was not working so basically the door was always left unlocked, tiny and dirty windows (when you open them a sewer smell comes in) we addressed this issue to the reception but they didn't helped or cared at all, the breakfast is not good.
The shower had no curtains, the towels were yellow....
The only positive thing is the breakfast terrace.
Definitely not recommended.

Small little Hotel with 6 Floors..
6th floor is the breakfast area is not accessable with elevator.
The view from the top is quite nice and the breakfast is okay. Nothing fancy..regular food unfortunately without fruits or choice of Juices.
The staff at the reception is friendly and very helpful (called Taxi to IST airport was cheaper than regular (35 Euro)).
The rooms are quite small..but nice and clean..some things need a repair, maintenance or replacement (fan in the bathroom, some switches or the board below the TV).
Pillows are quite dense and the city view from rooms is to the broken roofs of the neighbors.
In general the hotel is okay for the price..

Nice hotel with polite staff and good breakfasts on the top floor with access to the roof 👍🏽 there are many shops nearby. The only downside is the noise on the street in the evenings, but it doesn't bother me much lol. Up the street there are many shops and cafes, the Turkish sweets shop is just super lol

I have been in different Hotels in Istanbul and this one have the best breakfast and the rooms are clean , comfortable for great price.
Nothing to complain.

Pros:
24/7 Reception
All the receptionists were so respectful and always trying to do their best.
Location is quiet at night and at the same time so close to grand bazaar and to the local restaurants which are cheap and some of them much better than the expensive ones.
Roof terrace is quite nice.
Rooms are really good for the price in Istanbul
Cons:
Some other rooms need improvements.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights.
Hotel has a nice location, close to everywhere. Sometimes a little bit challenging to go up to the train stop/Grand Bazaar due to high slope. But maybe someone loves daily exercises :)
Stuff is very friendly and helpful :)
I read lots of comments about breakfast, as for me it was very delicious!
The terrace is great, not many hotels allow to go there with your own food after breakfast, so it’s very cool.
The only recommend I can leave to the hotel is to give 2 cards, not 1, as when you are coming back from hot outside you prefer to enter cool place. As well they can make some cosmetic renovations in the rooms :)
But overall it was very good experience.

Very Friendly staff, very convinient location, small rooms. Nice view at the roof garden. Poor breackfast.

The hotel is clean, the service is great, the breakfast at the terrace is so beautiful looking at the ocean, the room is tiny but beautiful and clean, I highly recommend it, the price is fair and is close to all shopping area in Fatih Istanbul 👍

This hotel is amazing!!! The staff and the owner Ferdi Okan was incredible! The entire team took care of my sister and me. They had great ideas of places to visit as well as restaurants and the best views of the city. Just ask a question, and they’ve already made phone calls and booked something. The hotel is beautiful and super clean. They pay attention to every single tiny detail. Outstanding breakfast, and our room was absolutely lovely! Thank you so much for everything, and we will definitely return on our next trip to Istanbul!
