Han Hotel

Best budget hotel, located close to all important tourist places. Safe for solo women traveller as well. The staff was welcoming and very cooperative

Im gonna give it a 5 star. Place was ok. Very basic, but I everything was clean, bed was comfortable and location was absolutely amazing. If it was any closer to center, you would be sleeping in a Hagia Sophia.

Hotel was very affordable, and for that price really you cant ask for more.

Restraint of this hotel was expensive, and would not recommend dining there for that reason only. You have much more affordable places just little outside of this place. Like, bottle of water was 4,2$. That is just ridiculous. Food was very good though.

The hotel is within a walking distance from Aya Sofia and Sultan Ahmet. I can't recommend a better location. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are decent and well maintained.
The only thing that can be improved is breakfast. They serve the same thing every day!

This hotel is rather basic. I stayed at Han Hotel for 4 nights. Instead of 3 stars hotel, I think it's 1 star hotel but don't get me wrong. I'll explain a bit the pros and cons.

Pros:
1) Excellent location located extremely near to Cistern Basillica, and across the road located Hagia Sophia Mosque and Blue Mosque.
2) Tasty simple breakfast
3) The reception (I forgot to ask his name) long hair he was friendly and helpful
4) Airport transfer is provided outsourcing through the hotel. He will set the best time from pickul point to the airport, so I can catch my flight on time.
5) Surprisingly, the wifi internet was fast enough.

Cons:
1) It is an old hotel and old facility
2) I went on this month, the hottest month in Istanbul so if pretty warm and hot. The aircon need to be serviced due to thick dust
3) I was supposed to get a double bedroom but given single bedroom which was small and tightly space.
4) I heard noises from loud neighbouring rooms.
5) There is no elevator, so watch out if you have to lift heavy bags upstairs.

İf you are looking for a walking distance hotel to most of the touristic places in the heart of Istanbul, this hotel is the best for you...

Great location, great price, great staff! I came back to Istanbul and stayed here again.

My goal was just spend one night in a place. Therefore I will write a review depending on that.

Advantages
* Location was really nice. Everywhere was so close to one another yo visit.
* Staff was just normal. Not so good, not bad.
* Breakfast was nice if you will compare with the price of hotel (I paid 21€ per night)
* Air conditioner was working well

Dezadvantages
* The bed was 2 different level
* The water pressure was not enough to take a shower

i love these guys 16 euro a night and right beside the blue mosque and other major tourist sites very helpful in everything, getting cabs shuttles etc
