Kepler Club Sabiha Gokcen Airport - International Transit Area

The lounge is terrible! Tiny and very noisy room, unclean, unmanaged, staff appeared once in 30 min and started washing dishes in the sink in the middle of the lounge! You have to walk up stairs with your bags to get to the lounge or go through secret toilet passage. Front desk man is not polite. There is no food here, the room is not lit well, overall 1/5 experience. We left for another lounge shortly.

The location is right after your cross the baggage check and passport stamps, or down the stairs if you’ve transit and entering international section

Bathroom clean and paper towels available, although machines could be missing soap 4/5

You get a paper with 30% discount to selected places like subway, refresh, takeoff cafe, simit, Gloria jeans coffee. Then 20% to Starbucks and 15% to mado and 10% to big chefs, generally is like not providing you food and giving discount to make you spend money, it’s good strategy although lame

I guess there isn’t much to do about the space but can make the chairs more comfortable since the pillow is kinda sliding you off chair so ain’t sitting flat, not sure if all chairs were like that, didn’t test it

What can be changed is add food, even if they make sure the popcorn is always topped up, better than nothing.

Kinda regret entering this lounge among the 3 available in international, cuz I’d have had better luck with the comfort and meals

And in all fairness, they mention it at the reception when entering the lounge, but at last moment, if it was mentioned beforehand I’d have had time to reconsider and choose another lounge
