I never and never recommend it. The hotel has a deluxe and city view profile but when I checked in, I was assigned a room in the basement and there is a small ventilation from below the pavement. Especially when it is snowy, when the ventilation is opened, water and snow enter. The sockets were broken and the cleaning was not very good. A very poorly maintained hotel. They said with a very manipulative attitude that the room was nice but it cannot be called a room with a city view, on the contrary, when you open the window, you look down at the passersby, it is not even at garden level. When I conveyed my complaints to the receptionist, he said that there was no room on the upper floors and he could not do anything, they did not find a solution and did not refund the fee. I had to check out and go to another hotel 30-60 minutes after seeing the hotel room. Do not doubt that I will use all my legal rights.

The hotel with the worst service. I made a reservation for two nights and one night, but I could never use it. I asked to change the check-in schedule, but they ignored it, and other reservations raised issues with errors on the site and responded that they were not responsible for it. Worst hospitality and staff.
