From the moment I arrived, it was clear this place is completely neglected. There was smoke in both the hallway and the room, which felt dangerous and unhygienic. The sink water was dark and dirty, and the sink itself was broken. The bedsheets were old, possibly not even cleaned, and the balcony smelled awful, making it unusable.
This hotel does not meet basic health or safety standards. It should not be listed on any travel platform. I contacted my travel provider for urgent assistance. Avoid this place at all costs — it's not worth ruining your holiday over.

Booked this hotel through Agoda but there was an error which left me stranded at night. However, the hotel staff managed to get me a room for a week's stay (after much waiting and only able to check in at 1am). Thank you very much for your help Mr Sayit.
Pros: Good sized room and toilet. Very close to local shops, late-night food, grand bazaar and more (all within walking distance). Trams and Bus stops are relatively near.
Cons: Horrendous upslope walk to this place (almost killed me while I was dragging my luggage). Also, no lift in hotel so you’d have to carry your bags to the upper floors.
