Not clean at all
Staff are nice and helpful
Location is great next to the metro station
They have underground rooms , pay attention when you make your reservation
Beds are not clean
And when I changed rooms the cleaning lady was napping on my bed 🙂
I don’t have a problem with her taking a rest but i have a problem sleeping after anyone 🤷♀️
I think they don’t change the sheets because i had 3 different rooms and were all the same , not clean !
The last room had hair on the pillow .

The best part of the hotel is its location. It is very close to the Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia, with easy acces to the most important historical attractions and near the T train station.
The reception and the overall design of the hotel are beautiful, but the hotel really needs a renovation. The furniture in the rooms is old, the bedclothes and the towels were clean, but in a bad condition. We booked two rooms, one of them was on the attic and it was noisy during the night, while the atmosphere there was very warm (there is an AC in the room, but the electricity is based on the door card, so it cannot work when you are not present). In the other room, there was a pregnant smell of mold (especially the day when it was raining). There is no view from the room, because of surrounding buildings.
The breakfast is diversified and good, but we had the unpleasant experience of seeing one of the waiters putting the rest of the fries from a person who just finished the meal back on the service container. I personally find this unacceptable.
Overall it was OK for just a few days, but I would not return to this hotel or recommend it further.

The best thing about hotel is its location
Its within walking distance of all tourist attractions in Old City
But apart from that not much in it
Small ,Old Rooms , seepage in washroom made it average hotel
Definitely not a 3 star hotel

Stayed here for 1 night during an extended stop over and it was worth coming into the city and staying here for. This place not only has the best location for walking distance to all the major sights, but you are walking distance to amazing food stalls shops and the market! They let me check out 2 hours late without charge! Made sure I got into my taxi, and waited up for me to check in late at 1am after my late flight arrived. I cannot fault this hotel. Yes the breakfast is basic but no one goes to Istanbul for the hotel breakfast. .. the rooms are traditional with original taps and Turkish style bath. I will be staying here next time I come to Istanbul ! SO AFFORDABLE TOO!!!

Absolutely loved the experience me and my family had here, the staff was very helpful and provided all the assistance whenever needed. The breakfast was superb

hotel in a great location. good value for money. proper breakfast. friendly staff. good cleanliness, but the rooms are a bit outdated and need renovation.

Been here 3 times in past 9 years. Great helpful staff. Awesome location walking distance to restaurants and main attractions. Two very close train stations one of them is about 20 metres away from Hotel. Also close to trams. Will definitely go back again. 15 min walk to Egyptian bizarre, Galata bridge, grand bazaar and Mosques. Or you can Tram which is two stops cost about 15tl or credit card 30tl.
