Good Points: The staff, especially Mr. Doaly, is hospitable, approachable, and has a friendly yet professional demeanor. We feel that he is ready and willing to provide excellent service and assistance to the best of his ability. I wish him all the best.
If you're looking for place acceptable to sleep only, at a reasonable price and near attractions, this is a good choice

Cleanliness is not very high. We did not use the towels, we used our own 😊
If you're seeking a slightly more luxurious accommodation, this isn't the place. In terms of budget, friendly; but remember you'll get what you pay for, so don't expect too much.

Under zero star , garbage around Hotel Miklagord have the same name HOTEL MEGARON .
Very bad, worst experience. The hotel is right beside garbage and trash so it smelled very bad, and the receptionist was smoking outside when we arrived which is very unprofessional. They wanted us to sleep in the basement where there were insects and bugs. The description does not match with what you get, sleeping in the basement was not in the description. Not even animals want to sleep in that hotel or its rooms. I don't advice anyone to come with children, the insects will make your skin itchy. Stay away from the hotel! If I would've gotten a room for free in that hotel. I would not accept the offer. All the pictures on the website is not correct and the perosnal is unfreindly never

My friend booked this hotel and ITS THE WORST HOTEL EVER. Its not even a hotel but a hostel. Location is the worst and the rooms arent even suitible for dogs to sleep in. The worst ever!!! DONT BOOK HERE.

It’s the most bad I live it ever , bad place to reache ,bad clean and we saw mouse inside my room , receptionist for the morning shift not cooperation and bad behavior with guests, I don’t know what is the word described how much ill service is it

One star because it was clean.. and i can't really give zero stars..actually, hold on! We did not stay on that hotel, I am rating the one on the left side of this hotel because upon arrival we were moved to the one on the left. We were in a room in the basement, have space barely to walk around the bed, when you shower the water goes everywhere then you have a wet bathroom and cant step there without shoes anymore. Ah.. and that stupid noise.. every time person next door would use water, you can hear the water pump working for about 10 seconds like is next to your head. Good sleeping there. And you can hear people too when they are on the corridors. Sleepless nights.. avoid!
