+ Big thanks to Georgy. Cozy place, helpful staff. Room is shabby but clean, in the February is really warm rooms and hot shower. Bedsheets not top quality material but new and clean, The location is TOP. You can get much better room and elevator on the same street but the price gonna be twice.08.01.2023
I booked a room for my parent for 2 night and really regret about it. The rooms were dirty, the bed setting were not fresh, no water in the room, no elementary hygiene staff. I'm really sorry, they spoiled my parents' holiday. A BIG DISLIKE.

They put us on the top-most floor (level 5 I think) and there's no elevator. It's fine if they have good stairs but no. The room we got is spacious BUT the heater doesn't work!! Imagine sleeping on winter season at -2 to 3°C without heater!! Since we have a child with us, we complained about it on our first day and they said they will send a technician. They didn't fix it and told us that they will just change our room the next day. But NO, they didn't even bother changing our room!! They didn't clean the rooms and didn't change the towels!! I don't recommend this place.

The location ist great. Its just a few minutes away from the main attractions like Hagia Sophia. The staff was polite and helpful. My bed, bathroom, etc. were clean. The shower was working proberly . The only negative thing was the rug on the floor and in my room. It was quite dirty and worn - it has to be replaced as soon as possible!

very bad stay!
the rooms were really dirty and there wasn't even a lift in the hotel. the washroom's were very dirty . We didn't even have a kettle in our room. Would never recommend. the one star is for the owner who, I presume, out of guilt escorted us to our new hotel.
