I prefer to sleep in the street than in this hotel. The receptionist was so rude and think he was doing you a favour. The whole hotel is dirty and noisy. I found hairs on my pillow on my first day in this hotel. And when I asked them to replace my room, they said the hotel is fully booked, which it was not. And when I asked to check out early and get a refund, they completely refused. One of the receptionist who only speaks Turkish has multi duties such as; check you in/out, clean rooms, maintenance, etc..
They will not clean your room unless you insist. Hot water in the shower will only run for a minute . I spook to Booking.com about it but they keep saying we will send your feedback to the hotel, as if the hotel cares about anyone's feedback. Surprisingly, the hotel has a good rating in Booking.com because when I checked out, I found out that my reservation was cancelled, so I cannot leave a negative feedback in Booking.com
SAVE YOUR DIGNITY AND DO NOT STAY HERE

Photos don’t match reality in terms of size. Apartments on first floor are without and soundproofing and very close to reception desk and outside road. Dirty towels, very badly equipped kitchen, only one plug in the bedroom.

Awesome place and more comfortable , the staff is kind , and prices are suitable .. it is so near for taksim square

The hotel has been completely renovated and is wonderful. A hotel with small cozy rooms. If you are coming with your friend, this is the place you are looking for.
