Dishonest hotel clerk.
We called with the intention to reserve a room and they said that there is no need to reserve a room as they have many empty rooms if we come within the next two hours.
Upon arrival, we were told the rooms were all booked already even though we came within two hours of our initial call.
Even though the hotel clerk clearly failed to let us know ahead of time, they offered no apology.
We ended up going to nearby a hotel for a much cheaper price with much nicer staff and amenities.

Very bad hotel, There is a bad smell throughout the hotel, also the space is very very narrow, and you can hear the sounds of cars very noisy

This hotel is the best you can get for this price. The hotel is a cute boutique hotel that is located just 4 min from istiklal street (the main square), the vibe inside is vintage. This place was clean and the staff were super nice. We had a small issue in our room and the manager listened to us carefully and solved the problem immediately. He did not only help with that, I got sick and he sent food to our door and were willing to help us with more. To be honest this is more than what you can expect for this price because it is almost impossible to get such a clean and nice place for this price in the city centre.

I would give this ( not even hotel ) zero stars
I stayed 2 nights at the this place it was a nightmare . As you can see my whole body is like this , because of bed bugs. Such a terrible experience.. please don’t come to this horrible place

Loved this place. So cute and about 5 minutes walk from everything you need. We got there late after an issue during travel and we even got an upgrade! Breakfast was delicious and we were very well taken care of. Loved it!

Great Hotel (especially for the price), clean and quiet. Area looks sketchy but is actually quite safe and extremely well located (15min walk from the ferries, less than 10 from galata tower, etc)

If there was less than one star, I would put it!
The worst experience in my life, a dirty hotel, dirty and moldy rooms full of insects that cause itching and skin glow, the staff are unhelpful and unfriendly, the hotel owner doesn’t care and only cares about money and raises the price when he knows you are a tourist, the rooms aren’t cleaned daily, bad service to the fullest. Don't fall into the same trap.
