There is no option for zero rating.
This is hotel is not worth zero rating.
Right now we are in hotel and putting the review. We booked 2 rooms for 5 adults 1 double 1 family room. Family to consist of 2 room main room and tiny 1 bed room. But there is No Air condition No Fan in that tiny room. Been summer season its too hot in the room. And they have only 1 small Air condition that is also not working properly. It start cooling after 5-6 hours after that yoi feel bit OK. i requested the reception for room change they said next day they will change to triple room as room was not available on the first day. Next day i went again to reception the other guy was there and he was so rude to us and dint change the room saying you have booked family room what can i do. Hotel is full bla bla.

This hotel is not worth 4 stars. It is very old and its infrastructure is failing . I had to change 4 rooms because in the first one the bed sheets were dirty and full of insects, in the second there were cockroaches , in the third one the toilet was extremely humid to the point where you couldn’t enter it. The hotel lobby and reception lack air conditioning and it is really humid and uncomfortable for both staff and clients . The cleanliness of the rooms could hope for the best, as there are pieces of hair and bugs everywhere. This place should not be accepting people to stay here, it should really close for a reconstruction and renovation as these conditions are not normal. For the price that you pay it is not worth it .I had my stay booked for 5 nights, but after one night I canceled my reservation .
