Second time here . First time was in 2019 and we liked . Now in 2024 we are back and happy to realize that everything here is wonderful. Starting from the reception desk ,restaurants,cleaning,all services are top . All employees are nice and very helpful. The location is beautiful. Very nice garden ,big beach ,beautiful swimming pool and a wonderful pier where we can relax laying in to the sun. Thank you Turquoise Resort, we will be back next year! ❤️

Old building but well maintained/renovated. Free soft drinks at mini bar in the room.
We are bit bored at buffet restaurant. Almost same menu every night. Taste is very good and lot of fresh fruits and sallad.
Staffs are friendly and kind.
WiFi works very well, everywhere even at the beach.
Very nice garden with full of flowers and pine trees.
Beach is half sand and half small stones. Not so deep and there are many rocks in the sea.
Guests are mainly Russians and German. Many smokers.
There is small Migros about 10min walk from hotel.
To Side old town is 10min by buss/1Euro. Bus runs very often and bus stop is just outside of the hotel.
Evening show was not so good. Other place had better entertainer.
Good hotel for all age of families.

Very nice hotel located in a beautiful wood with very good food and animation. We were there for my 40 birthday in oktober.
Unfortunately our first impression and mood was spoiled by an arrogant receptionist who tried to give me a different room than the one I have ordered.

We ordered a Deluxe room with garden view in the main building. We had check in at night at 00.10, so we were very tired.
The rude and offended receptionist wanted give us the other room in the villa house with a pool, despite the fact that I explained to him that I didn't want a room by the pool. We had to go there to check if we want it and loose our time, even though they had the room we ordered. That room in the villa house by pool was located on minus ground floor, It was stuffy and stinked of chlorine!
Such persons should not work with tourists.
Also I do not recommend this room types here.
(Finally, I got the room I ordered, on the 2nd floor in main building).

Apart from this situation, everything was fine after that.

Please note that the age range in october here is mainly 75+

The accommodation was in a house with good conditions and above all landscaping, including in the hotel areas. In that respect I would give 5 stars.

Unfortunately, the rest of the services did not meet my expectations. The atmosphere, food, entertainment and level of facilities were minus 4 stars. There were even areas I would rate at most 3 stars, for example (corroded benches in the mud, lack of grass in lawns.....) In general, we expect more from holidays in Antalya, given our past visits to 5-star hotels there .

This hotel is actually one of the best I’ve been in years, but we were still able to find few errors.

When we came we got free upgrade to a better room with a pool which was nice. The room was giant but after few minutes we figured out that one of ours AC’s wasn’t working. The technician came and fixed under 2 minutes so it wasn’t actually a big deal…

So let me get on the positive track again, what I love about this hotel is the variety of activities this hotel offers. I joined volleyball and football games and I loved it, the community was awesome! We were also surprised how high quality food is over here, yes some of the food that i put on the plate weren’t tasty for me but the meat,veggies and rice is suuper!

Now here is the critical point, at least on our floor the cleaning service was awful. The receptionist at the start guaranteed full mini bar every day, they refilled it ONCE (we were in this hotel for 7 days). Also the general chores the housekeeper does were terrible (mopping the floor,vacuuming,making the bed…etc)

So overall its like 4.3/5.0, and I would really recommend this hotel to work on their cleaning services…

Very responsive and dealt with some minor queries we had. Teenage club can be low on intakes but the TUI support team would participate to allow the kids to play.
Lots of aqua exercises for those interested.

Don't hesitate and book this beautiful hotel! Enjoy the food, the pools, the beach, the spa and wonderful garden while you're always met by nice and helpful staff. Stayed there for a week with my partner and also with my friends two years ago. Amazing hotel which has everything you would want, shops, a beach/ pier, activities, entertainment throughout the day and night. Loved the whole experience. We met the most amazing bartender called Ertan, he was so kind and lovely to talk to and of course made amazing drinks. He made our holiday 1000 times better, thank you very much!!!!!!
