The greatest staff we could ask for. EVERYONE there was professional friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. Chris the door guy ensures that we were taken care of everyday. Very professional and courteous. Helped us figure out where to go for our week of R and R

My wife and I had the pleasure to share this experience with a great couple! It was everything we could've expected and we enjoyed every moment. The private beach was beautiful with crystal clear water. The room was welcoming! Our only issue was the separate saunas. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience.

Great hotel but the valet parking charged me $40 per day without my authorization. $400 total.

The best hotel in Miami Beach. This place is located in North Beach, so if you’re looking to stay in South Beach, this might not be the right spot for you. However, South Beach is only 20 minutes away.
This hotel has its own private beach, unlike many hotels in South Beach. It’s also conveniently located right across from a Publix, which is great.
There’s a fantastic Italian restaurant called Café Prima Pasta just a block away — try the Fiocchi Rapera if you go!
That said, North Miami Beach is very quiet, so don’t expect a South Beach vibe.

This property charged $400 per room for incidentals during a 2 days stayin addition to full payment on arrival. Haven’t received the credit yet. There is a $98 plus tax resort fee. Housekeeping woke us up before 9am despite having DND light on . Front desk never picked. Loud banging in bathroom. Rooms were nice but not worth it.

The pro, the service was quick and friendly. The cons, looks like it was a 5-star hotel years ago, but definitely more dated and worn now. The spa was very crowded and not inviting or relaxing. For a wellness resort, there were so many kids - definitely not the relaxing environment I was hoping for. The adult pool had a lot of garbage around and no service.

I booked the Oriental massage at Carillon and I have to say Andrea gave me one of the best massage experiences I have ever had. I am a massage aficionado and have gotten massage treatments in many spas and many countries and she was amazing. I would give her 5 stars.
I also tried the Thermal experiences and enjoyed them. I've been on the lookout for water therapy in the US ever since I tried them in Europe. Although the Carillon Thermal experience was good, it's not great compared to other parts of the world. I enjoyed the Finnish Sauna and the Steam rooms. The showers were not impressive and the Igloo spat out cool but not cold water. It could be improved with the addition of an ice plunge pool instead of the Igloo. Overall, a good experience.
