The hotel is showing its age, and it definitely needs some renovations. There were ongoing works on the floor where we stayed, which made the stay less comfortable. Service was not great either — staff seemed unaware of trip.com as a booking site, which caused some inconvenience during check-in. Overall, not the best experience, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again unless improvements are made.

AC is too noisy, Mini Bar was not working

Have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone. The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly; the food choices are excellent; the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped; and everything is exceptionally clean. Everything has been thought out so you can have the most relaxing stress free holiday possible.

The hotel is great, and the key is that there is an all-inclusive package, which opens the Jelly Sea with one click. I spent a few days lying and eating by the sea, and felt that the time was too short! The food was quite good, and there was also a children's playground for kids, with great facilities and a great swimming pool. It was a little cold in February, so I'll go back later if it's hot!

Beach Rotana Residences is an amazing place to stay. It was well equipped kitchenette which is great. Very spacious rooms and spotless clean. Great view and convenience store just off the lobby. Breakfast is fine but nothing spectacular, same for in room dining. All the good restaurants are in Hotel Beach Rotana which is couple of minutes walk from residences.

I had a lovely stay. My room is expansive and comes with a great bathtub which I enjoyed each night. I Love the stunning entrance hall and the great location - making it 10-13min from TeamLab & Louvre, 30min from The Grand Mosque. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The staffs at Southern Sun are friendly and very helpful. Facilities are good , locations are good for us, but if you spend most of your time in Yas Island, it will be a bit far.
