I stayed a week in a double room. Very large room, clean and equipped with every comfort, fantastic view from the 29th floor. Free swimming pool, solarium and towels. Excellent location for visiting the hinterland of the emirate of Dubai. I met smiling and very kind staff. Breakfast and buffet restaurant were abundant and varied. Only criticism to make: the cleaning staff forgot to leave shower towels and face towels in our bathroom, but after calling the reception, they took care of them quickly. Highly recommended!

There are several issues during our stay especially given the high price we payed :
1. the room is awfully dark during the day, and during the night the poor lightening because of cheap lamps is so depressing, we've asked them to change them several times but to no avail.
2. there is a water pressure problem that kept happening and the switch from hot/cold water when pressure drops is unpredictable and frustrating
3. the washing machine is old, and comes with no manual and no way of knowing how long it will take to finish, from experience all the programs take about 1,5 to 3 hours
4. we had a cockroach problem so we asked several times for a deep cleaning, due to bad organisation and communication between management and staff it took 2 weeks to finally get it
5. the staff is very friendly and they trying their best, but we saw that something is wrong with communications through the different teams and management is not very good.
we are very disappointed about our stay, especially for the price we where payed

We stayed at this hotel from 09.10-09.19.2024. We would like to say a huge thank you for such a warm welcome! I liked absolutely everything! Amazing attentive staff! Delicious breakfasts! Cleanliness in the rooms. The pool and gym are great! Transfer to the beach and the nearest malls. Special thanks to the driver! The location of the hotel is very convenient - everything is close. If we are back in your beautiful country, we will stay only with you! Good luck to you!

I had an amazing stay at First Central Hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The rooftop pool and gym were fantastic additions that made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers!

What a wonderful stay in first central hotel brilliant staff good facilities and everything the restaurant on g floor is very good delicious food and the Recaption staff are really attentive I would like to thanks Talha he's really kind in restaurant always give us a nice service and usaman as well Thanks guys will see you again soon

Enjoyed my 3 week stay at this hotel. Rooms were spotless and clean; staffs were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Rajat at the conceirge who always welcomed me with a smile no matter what time of day.

Exceptional Service, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided.

Mostly pleasant experience so far. Just a few points
- had to repeatedly chase for a baby cot to be provided despite requesting before arrival and also twice during the first day
- repeatedly had to chase for the balcony to be opened as clothes wouldn't dry on the drying rack
While we were upgraded, it seemed it was to their convenience as we requested joining room with a bathtub in one so we could give my baby a bath. The upgraded room didn't come with a microwave in the kitchen unfortunately.
The sink also blocked after housekeeping so an engineer had to come unblock it.
They did however change the bedding after my daughter had a nappy leak so I am appreciative of that.
