The legendary Summer Palace combines classical Arabian charm with modern amenities and services. The rooms are comfortable, the atrium is beautiful, and the butler communicates with guests via WhatsApp, ensuring prompt service. Taking the hotel's boat for a nighttime cruise to the market is also a truly unique experience.

The Summer Palace left a very deep impression on me. This time, because I participated in the desert activities, I didn't feel the charm of the room very well. The overall service was very good, the breakfast was also very good, the scenery of the beach and the restaurant were very good, the rooms were all small villas, and there was a separate private lounge area, and you could take a boat tour. Jumeirah Beach was still a big surprise to me

Upon arrival, luggage delivery and front desk reception were very good
The hotel upgraded our garden villa room and provided butler service. There is a dedicated abra pier every other road in the hotel area.

The tailor, Cao Shan, is very professional and careful. He helped me modify many details back and forth. When I arrived in Dubai, I was able to get closer to the itinerary every day. The driver was also very enthusiastic... Thumbs up 👍 for him

The most satisfying hotel of this trip. I can only say that Jumeirah is worth choosing for vacation. Services, facilities, meals, everything is available. Every night when turning down the bed, small gifts will be given in turn. The housekeepers are also super nice. It is so comfortable to take a boat around the lake every day. The hotel has a castle market, restaurants and a beach🏖, so you can really start a pure vacation mode without leaving the hotel.

I would come back to stay at this hotel if I have the chance. The food, drinks and entertainment are all very good. The service is also great. There are butlers in the villa area. There will be free food and snacks in the lobby downstairs. The private beach area is an excellent check-in location for the sailing hotel! The sand is also very fine, and there are many free lounge chairs on the beach. It is simply a great place to bring children.

There are no words to describe the whole Madinat Jumeirah property. If I have to choose one word to describe it, that will definitely be BREATHTAKING.
The luxurious amenities, breathtaking views, gourmet restaurants, exemplary services, Arabic style villas, personalized butler service, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel.
We absolutely loved everything about this place. From delicious dining options, super friendly & helpful staff to cozy, luxurious rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded our expectations.
