Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf

It was , is, and will remain one of the most beautiful places in Dubai and not only. Dar Al Masyaf is an absolut gem.

There are no words to describe the whole Madinat Jumeirah property. If I have to choose one word to describe it, that will definitely be BREATHTAKING.

The luxurious amenities, breathtaking views, gourmet restaurants, exemplary services, Arabic style villas, personalized butler service, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. From delicious dining options, super friendly & helpful staff to cozy, luxurious rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded our expectations.

If you wanna feel pampered, you should definitely give it a try.

The most luxurious amazing hotel I have ever and probably will ever go too. We will never go anywhere else, this was my second time coming to the jumeriah DAM and it will not be the last. We stayed in villa 15, the room was incredible, so much space, the beds are the comfiest beds I have ever slept on. Our butler was the loveliest lady, always going the extra mile to provide us with an amazing service, everyone is so nice from the buggy drivers to the staff who greet you in reception. We will never stay anywhere else in Dubai, Thankyou for providing us with the best holiday and the best memories x

A luxurious resort with mostly cozy villa type of accommodation which guarantees solemnity with traditional Arabian ambience for a well-deserved holiday amidst modern landscapes of Dubai.

Special mention to Ronald, our spectacular butler who catered to most of our welcome tour and especially, a mini-surprise birthday entourage treat, as well as free-flowing drinks and snacks during their happy-hour between 5-7PM.

This is highly recommended for your much desired solace in solitude or together with your special dear ones.

This hotel was like a dream. The service was exceptional we were blown away. We travel a lot and have stayed in hundreds of hotels across the globe, we've never been blown away as much as we were by this resort.
We loved the suttle luxury, polite staff, excellent service and cleanliness.
A lot of hotels say they are family friendly, but this one truly was. The kids loved it so much they were crying they didn't want to leave. Something that has never happened before.

The check in staff was warm and friendly and we literally had the best check in experience. We were treated with warmth and respect.
If like to highlight Portia. She's an exceptional employee and she set the tone for the rest of our stay. We were delighted. We've had check in experiences that ruined our entire stay at other hotels. Portia was helpful through most our stay and her other colleagues were also friendly and helpful.

I can't imagine staying anywhere else on our next stay in Dubai.

We recently stayed at Dar Al Masyaf for the first time, and the experience was exceptional. Our butler, Adil, made our stay truly memorable. He was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and approachable. Adil always greeted us with a warm smile and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to returning in the future!

Luxury villas in the east... feel like sheikhs... 7 * service

Great, I've lived in this hotel 3 times.

Stayed there for nights with the family. It was an incredible experience. By far one of the most luxurious and kid friendly hotel I've ever stayed at. I do plan on coming back

Great hotel group and particularly beautiful property and location. Right on the beach and the villas allow you hotel service standards whilst having you own home away from home. Jumeirah have honed an approach to service over almost three decades that is really second to none.

This is a completely and utterly beautiful resort. Full of friendly, helpful, kid friendly staff. The resort was safe, clean, quiet and beautiful.

We arrived home last night back to England. And we are planning our next visit! Admittedly it is very hot in June with a 2 year old and 5 year old, but we all so very much enjoyed our time.

We stayed in the Gulf suite in Villa 9, such a beautiful room and setting.
We were taken care of by many members of staff. However Deneish, our room service was top notch, clean, so very tidy and my girls loved the towel animals. He was always friendly and smiley to us.
Ida (one of the butlers) stood out also. She was always friendly, making sure we had meal plans sorted, buggies or abras booked, any issues (which we didn't have any!) were sorted. Apparently she has only been at Jumeirah for 1 month, wow keep it up you're amazing.

But please, each and every member of staff were brilliant. From the check in staff who got us our villas early while my two year old was hot and tired. They even offered to help me with her. To the garden crew, Abra, buggy crew who always engaged with the kids. On check in the Buggy crew even stopped on the way to the villa so my daughter could look at a peacock! (See photo)

Truly a place of luxury. You should all be so very proud of what you do and provide.

My only frustration was listening to guests talk to your staff poorly. The staff provide such a great level of service and should be respected as such. If you have an issue raise it, they WILL help, just don't be rude about it.

Bravo! We WILL be returning!
