My day at the Ritz Carlton Dubai JBR was nothing short of fantastic. After purchasing a day pass, I was able to fully experience the luxury and service that the Ritz Carlton is known for. Although the location is nestled among many buildings, once inside, you're transported to a serene oasis that feels worlds away from the surrounding cityscape.

The service is truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, always ensuring my needs were met without being intrusive. It’s rare to find this level of genuine hospitality, and it made the day all the more relaxing.

The beach is pristine, with soft white sand and a beautifully maintained shoreline. Whether lounging by the beach or at the pools, everything was top-notch. The pools are stunning, offering a tranquil setting, and the lounge chairs provided are of excellent quality, making it easy to unwind in complete comfort. The towel service was perfect, with fresh, clean towels always available when needed.

The washroom and changing facilities were impeccably clean throughout the day, adding to the overall sense of luxury and care. As for the food and drinks, they were delicious and well-prepared, enhancing the overall experience.

For the level of service and amenities, the price of the day pass was more than reasonable. I will definitely be returning to the Ritz Carlton Dubai JBR—it’s the perfect escape for a day of pampering and relaxation. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for the second time during the summer and we can only recommend it! The staff, the food, the rooms, the pool & beach area as well as the location are amazing. We loved the Asian restaurant but there’s also plenty of other options outside of the hotel. They’ve even surprised us with some sweets after our arrival and towel animals every day! Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable and we will definitely come back!

In August 2024, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, and I can confidently say that it exceeded every expectation. Having visited Dubai over eight times and stayed in some of the city’s most renowned hotels, this was our first experience at The Ritz-Carlton, and it is now, without a doubt, our favorite.

From the very beginning, the hotel’s commitment to exceptional service was apparent. Even while I was still in the UK, the concierge team communicated with me seamlessly via WhatsApp, arranging every detail of our stay with ease. I had some specific requests, such as booking a private yacht and jet skis for our trip, and they handled everything with such efficiency and professionalism that it instantly put me at ease. It was clear from the outset that The Ritz-Carlton takes care of their guests at every turn.

Upon our arrival, the warmth and genuine kindness of the staff truly set the tone for our stay. Every member of the team was courteous, polite, and attentive. What stood out to me was how they took the time to learn our names and consistently referred to us personally throughout our stay. This personal touch created such a welcoming atmosphere, making us feel like we were the most important guests in the hotel. It's those small but meaningful gestures that set The Ritz-Carlton apart.

A particularly memorable moment was when we returned to our suite to find a beautiful surprise waiting for my daughter’s birthday. The thoughtful staff had left a delicious, elegantly crafted chocolate cake along with festive balloons to celebrate the occasion. This gesture truly touched us, adding an extra layer of magic to our stay. It’s clear that The Ritz-Carlton pays attention to the smallest details, making every guest feel special in the most personal ways.

The facilities at the hotel were equally impressive, from the luxurious spa to the pristine pools and world-class dining options. Every aspect of the hotel exudes elegance and sophistication, yet it never feels pretentious. The atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, making it the perfect place for both relaxation and adventure. Having stayed in so many hotels across Dubai, I can confidently say that The Ritz-Carlton is on a different level entirely. The combination of flawless service, luxurious surroundings, and thoughtful attention to detail makes it stand out as the best hotel we’ve ever experienced in the city. In fact, it’s the first hotel in Dubai that I can say, without hesitation, we will 100% be returning to. We were so impressed with our stay that we’ve already booked our next holiday here for next year.

It was a wonderful week spent here. The amenities are top class and well maintained. I especially enjoyed having a well equipped gym whilst on vacation, along with a great spa.

The Ritz Carlton provides exceptional and extraordinary service. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay! The food was delicious and each meal was carefully crafted. The food was so fresh and I was elated that they had several vegan options to choose from. The spa was just pure bliss! I worked out in the gym and then went to the steam room. The amenities were sanitized and clean, which I appreciated. Oh, and the fresh flowers throughout the hotel made me smile, because I love flowers. We ended our stay with a massage and it was so relaxing. I look forward to staying here each time I visit Dubai.

From the time we checked in to the last night it was fabulous.
The breakfast is fresh and beautiful with really lovely chefs and the service staff.
The outside gardens and swimming pools are magical.
Dining at night is such a pleasure.
Very good choice of restaurants.
We met an exceptional man who happened to be the Head chef.....wow something really special (yes I mean the food).
This place is The Place if you want exceptional everything.
