It was a wonderful week spent here. The amenities are top class and well maintained. I especially enjoyed having a well equipped gym whilst on vacation, along with a great spa.
The staff are friendly and very attentive, which made the experience even better.

We will definitely be back.

The Ritz Carlton provides exceptional and extraordinary service. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay! The food was delicious and each meal was carefully crafted. The food was so fresh and I was elated that they had several vegan options to choose from. The spa was just pure bliss! I worked out in the gym and then went to the steam room. The amenities were sanitized and clean, which I appreciated. Oh, and the fresh flowers throughout the hotel made me smile, because I love flowers. We ended our stay with a massage and it was so relaxing. I look forward to staying here each time I visit Dubai.

I don't know where to start.
From the time we checked in to the last night it was fabulous.
The breakfast is fresh and beautiful with really lovely chefs and the service staff.
The outside gardens and swimming pools are magical.
Dining at night is such a pleasure.
Very good choice of restaurants.
We met an exceptional man who happened to be the Head chef.....wow something really special (yes I mean the food).
This place is The Place if you want exceptional everything.

Our vacation at the Ritz-Carlton was a wonderful experience from A-Z. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms absolutely top notch, you feel like you are at home in the rooms. The variety of food options was enormous, this by the rich buffet and the restaurants which are included in the half board. came to enjoy to the fullest, by the variety which was offered. Subsequently, the beach and pools which were enjoyed to fullest satisfaction.
We will be very happy to come again :)

I haven't tried the hotel itself, but I had tried Amaseena restaurant, it was an amazing one. My greetings and I had enjoyed about, the food was tasty, the shisha was rich in flavours and lasted for the while evening.
The staff was extra friendly and professional (Ikram, Mohamed, Ragab and the receptionist ) and I am must not forget the Italian manager who made sure to check on us and see if anything is needed to make our experience more enjoyable.

We liked the hotel. A small (by Dubai standards) 6-storey building among 50-60 storey new buildings around was very pleasing. You feel like you are in the center of an oasis in the middle of a concrete desert. We would especially like to note the high professionalism of the hotel staff. From the very beginning, our request for the opportunity to study music for our son was quickly and positively answered by the top manager of the hotel, Mr. Jeroen Elmendorp. In an unpleasant situation in which our children found themselves on the public beach next to the hotel, the deputy helped us greatly and correctly. Sales Director Elena Naumenko. In the rooms, every day the children were delighted with various architectural delights made from towels by people from the Housekeering service: Vijay, Aravind&Mani. Great service and food at Jade Blue Asian Restaurant: Mr. Khem Dahat. Thank you very much to everyone who made our stay comfortable. / We liked the hotel. Superb! I stayed here for a few days back in November 2023.
I’m not normally into top end hotels but I thought I’d treat myself, and it was well worth it. Just what you would expect from the Ritz Carlton brand.
My room overlooked the gardens, pools and bay to the front. Loved the pool area (thanks George at the bar) the Rum Bar was nice.
In fact, everybody and everything was very nice.
Did a bit of jet skiing for the first time in 30 years at the beach in front - fun!
Only drawback was the cashpoint didn’t accept my MC Virgin card 😕, but the mart across the road did 👍.
