I had a wonderful experience at the lounge in the Address Hotel! The club sandwich was delicious, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. What truly made the visit exceptional was the service provided by Joan. She was super friendly, polite, and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of with a smile. Joan’s warm and professional demeanor really enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The amenities were nothing short of the best we have ever experienced at a resort. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating for any and everything we needed. The sky infinity pool was the highlight of our time here. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was able to bring us a side of rice when there was none out in the buffet! We will definitely return with our entire family on our next trip to Dubai. We highly recommend staying here.

The hotel offers incredible luxury. The spaces are beautiful, modern, and, of course, clean. The hotel rooms are huge, the fitness center has a stunning view, and the pools are perfect. The cherry on top is the breathtaking pool on the 77th floor. The pool staff ensures guests stay hydrated, providing cold towels and water on hot days. Room cleaning was impeccable every day, and the reception staff was always friendly and helpful.
The food, both in-room and in the restaurant, was excellent and very tasty, especially fresh.
The only drawback I would mention is that while the rooms have glass water bottles, which I greatly appreciate, the practical need for plastic bottles by the pool is understandable. However, recycling bins are missing.

Absolutely disgusting experience!!!! I own a luxury car with leather seats, the valet driver brought my car with the seat completely wet from his sweat !!! I cannot describe the smell ! And having to sit / rub into his sweat !!!
Definitely not his fault, as he kindly apologized.
Hotel management, during the summer months please open the option for self parking !!!! This is absolutely the most disgusting experience I ever had !!!! No man would allow this to happen to his wife.
Can the valet parking drivers have an AC closed shelter ? And not having to be outside? - a suggestion.
After Covid , should the whole awareness about hygiene be emphasized?!!

My stay at the Address Hotel Resort was exceptional. From the moment of arrival to the time of departure, every aspect of the experience was flawless. The staff exhibited a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness to detail. They ensured that every moment of my stay was meticulously cared for.
One unique feature that stood out was the presence of a falcon in the morning, which kept the birds away, allowing guests to enjoy their breakfast on the summer terrace undisturbed. This is a distinctive touch I had not encountered before.
Overall, the Address Hotel Resort is outstanding and is definitely a place I would choose to return to. Thank you so much! 😊

I love Address hotels in general , and Address Beach Resort is one of my favorites ! My stay there with my husband was fantastic, but what made it truly memorable was the incredible baby shower over there.The staff, especially Joyce, John and Shrima were incredibly helpful and lovely.Joyce was a star and John went beyond to make sure everything was perfect.The venue was amazing with fantastic view.I will never forget the wonderful experience they created for me. Highly Recommended!

the only good thing about this place is the zeta 77 pool.
This was my second time staying at the hotel after I had a wonderful visit last year. I regret to say I will no longer be returning. Several of the reception staff were extremely rude and unreasonable. They charged me extra for bringing a friend to the pool upstairs because my room was reserved for 1 person, even though the room rate would have been the same had i booked for two. Even so, I agreed to the charge and instead of just adding it to the card, they blocked my room key so I would be forced to come downstairs and have another conversation with them about it. This extremely unprofessional behaviour continued when one of the staff later removed the agreed upon charge just to replace it with a much more expensive day pass behind my back, which I only noticed upon checking out. I am very disappointed and will definitely not be returning to this establishment anymore…. Ridiculously lost a client because of 436 dirhams

The resort has amazing views and the staff are really nice. The pool on the 77th floor is impressive, and the spa is clean and comfy. We had a great massage there, the modern facilities and relaxing music added to the experience.
