Our stay at the Address Beach Resort was nothing short of exceptional! From the stunning hotel ambiance to the outstanding service, everything exceeded our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our quick stopover in Dubai absolutely perfect. We can’t wait to return!

An absolute stunning resort with a breathtaking view. A great choice for the end of year celebration or a nice family staycation from time to time. I love the fact that they have accommodated some areas to fit the needs of PODs. With spacious rooms and some features to be of assistance if needed. Designated areas for kids and a staff who has been trained to assist some special need kids giving to parents the leisure of self indulgence is an absolute plus.

Room was great, the only thing there’s no plug in bathroom for blow dryer or anything else. The sliding door was very hard to open (specially my wife) the view was absolutely the best of the best. Period

Brilliant hotel everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Our stay has been brilliant. Breakfast and the infinity pool are outstanding. A particular shout out to Jasvir who has done a fantastic job cleaning the room everyday and has left us a surprise towel craft everyday. He is outstanding and incredibly friendly! Thank you!

Didn't stay here just used the restaurant on the roof which was just amazing.

Would recommend this place to anyone and take your swimmers because the pools are available at the highest point with the most spectacular views over the palm

Absolutely stunning views, most comfortable rooms and the staff who are extremely helpful as they really looked after us 24/7. Yes the hotel staff are amazing, always welcoming and go over and beyond to cater to your request. Hotel is very conveniently located with a very lively beach piazza, night clubs, lifetime experience of taking a dip after sunset in the sea as they have a private beach and we couldn't count that how many pools the hotel had..way too many including the world's highest infinity pool. We also couldn't get over the variety of best quality breakfast buffet where the staff kept bringing different food as they were so personable and lovely. Definitely miss being there now as we are back from our holiday but really looking forward to stay again at Address Beach Resort ❤️❤️

I can never explain how much the level of good service they have provided during our 5 day stay. It's my first time at this hotel and it is so worth it. Room is very clean, personalized welcome message, very high tech room set up. All the restaurants are great. The infinity pool was our favorite, I and my partner stayed there every day almost the whole day. As soon as you arrive they will provide you with cold water and towels, and prepares the sun lounge. We loved the drinks and food in Zeta lounge. We keep ordering our favorite drink.

Also there was this time where the toilet leaked and we informed the front desk and they were very quick to tend us. They transferred us to a different room right away and even gave us a room with the marina view. In fact the hotel manager called us to check and apologize so we really appreciate that.

And lastly I wanted to commend Hsu for taking good care of us the whole entire stay at the infinity pool she was very accommodating, good customer service and very quick with helping us and providing our need.

I will definitely comeback.

I had a wonderful experience at the lounge in the Address Hotel! The club sandwich was delicious, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. What truly made the visit exceptional was the service provided by Joan. She was super friendly, polite, and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of with a smile. Joan’s warm and professional demeanor really enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!
