From the very first moment, everything about the service was incredibly smooth and friendly. The valet team was extremely kind and welcoming — such a positive start! The booking process and communication with the session coordinator were also impressively gentle, professional, and easygoing.
We were warmly welcomed by a lovely young gentleman from Nepal (so sorry I forgot the name!) who kindly guided us all the way to our room with a smile.
What truly touched our hearts was the thoughtful birthday gesture for my daughter Tia, whose birthday is in August — a sweet message and a beautifully arranged plate of fresh fruits were waiting for us. It made the experience even more special.
At the pool, the fruit service and the staff’s attitude were absolutely delightful. They treated us like friends — so polite, gentle, and always smiling.
And let’s not forget the breakfast buffet — oh wow! Elegant, rich, and full of options. A proper continental breakfast with everything you could hope for, presented with style and care.

This felt very unfair and left us with a negative impression. Consistency in guest treatment is very important, and I hope the management can look into this so that all guests are treated equally and with respect. This was on the 21st August.

I am writing this to warn all families. Our stay at the Saint Regis Pal Dubai , was a nightmare due to the hotel’s shocking negligence.
The bathtub’s overflow drain was completely clogged—a basic safety feature any reputable hotel must maintain. This failure caused the bathroom to flood, creating a dangerously slippery floor. My son slipped and suffered a hard fall onto his back, resulting in immediate pain and potential spinal injury.
What followed was even worse. The hotel management refused to accept responsibility and—most appallingly—denied him urgent medical assistance, leaving us, as tourists, helpless. They offered no support, no doctor, and no compassion.
This hotel prioritizes looks over safety. Do not risk your family’s well-being here. What should have been a luxury escape became a traumatic event due to their neglect and heartless response.
