My stay was exceptional. Staff was incredible, room was great… I thought the hotel would be a bit taller at the time of booking but still great experience overall at a fair price.

This was my second time staying at the hotel and I got to say that this will be a stable place to stay in every time I visit Dubai. The staff are friendly and respectful and the over all amenities are great. The attached mall is a huge plus as you basically don’t need to go anywhere else if you want. Also great location to near by beach clubs within walking distance. I would say that one thing that I view as negative is that there isn’t an option to request housing keeping before you go out unless you call the front desk. I stayed in hotels where they have a button next to the do not disturb for making up the room which is great and convenient. I left my room a couple of times and got back to it in the same condition. So please consider adding that option.

It has a good view on the skyscraper on the beach side and sea side together. All staffs are friendly . They are flexible for late check out upon availability.
Breakfast is tasty also. You can enjoy your workout in a clean and well equipped gym facilities.

It’s truly a 5 stars hotel and even more. The services of all the staff are incredible, the bell boys, reception, concierge, butler services, staff at the pools, the chef and the staff in the breakfast restaurant. They are all very attentive and strive to provide the best services with super friendly and helpful attitude. We are super impressed and felt very pleased and welcome the whole time.

The food quality is amazing; the pools are spacious and clean. Same for the room, very well equipped and also very well cleaned. We especially like the evening room service with the relaxing music and room set up. Very detail oriented and made us feel relaxed and calm. We also enjoyed the butler service a lot. Very helpful and attentive staff there too!

Where do I begin? My stay at the St.Regis was memorable as it was one of the best hotel experiences i’ve ever had. The lobby was beautifully decorated and welcoming. Car parking is very convenient and is spacious, valet service was also great. Check in service was smooth and informative. The room was fantastic in all aspects, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and excellent. Breakfast buffet service was spectacular, with a variety of choices and service was fast & clean with great spacing and turnover pace. Pool service was fantastic and the pool area all in all was amazing with great F&B. The concierge arranged for us a complimentary shuttle service to Kyma Beach which was definitely enjoyable. Situated in the Palm Jumeirah so it was a bit far from the centre but its secluded for good reason. Would definitely recommend. Perfect stay and definitely felt at ease and relaxed the whole time.
