Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! From the luxurious rooms to the impeccable service, everything was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect, and the amenities are outstanding. The location on The Palm adds to the whole experience with stunning views and easy access to everything. If you're looking for luxury and comfort, this hotel is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return!

It has a good view on the skyscraper on the beach side and sea side together. All staffs are friendly . They are flexible for late check out upon availability.
Breakfast is tasty also. You can enjoy your workout in a clean and well equipped gym facilities.

It’s truly a 5 stars hotel and even more. The services of all the staff are incredible, the bell boys, reception, concierge, butler services, staff at the pools, the chef and the staff in the breakfast restaurant. They are all very attentive and strive to provide the best services with super friendly and helpful attitude. We are super impressed and felt very pleased and welcome the whole time.

The food quality is amazing; the pools are spacious and clean. Same for the room, very well equipped and also very well cleaned. We especially like the evening room service with the relaxing music and room set up. Very detail oriented and made us feel relaxed and calm. We also enjoyed the butler service a lot. Very helpful and attentive staff there too!

Where do I begin? My stay at the St.Regis was memorable as it was one of the best hotel experiences i’ve ever had. The lobby was beautifully decorated and welcoming. Car parking is very convenient and is spacious, valet service was also great. Check in service was smooth and informative. The room was fantastic in all aspects, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and excellent. Breakfast buffet service was spectacular, with a variety of choices and service was fast & clean with great spacing and turnover pace. Pool service was fantastic and the pool area all in all was amazing with great F&B. The concierge arranged for us a complimentary shuttle service to Kyma Beach which was definitely enjoyable. Situated in the Palm Jumeirah so it was a bit far from the centre but its secluded for good reason. Would definitely recommend. Perfect stay and definitely felt at ease and relaxed the whole time. The hotel is nice, and the rooms are very good. The service team is excellent. The location was convenient for me. However, the hotel tends to be busy, especially on weekends, and can get crowded.

If you are a BONVoY member, don't expect special treatment. Despite staying here more than six times, I haven't received any upgrades or advantages as a Titanium member🤷🏻‍♂️

St. Regis Gardens has a lot of restaurants and you can have a nice experience.

· What sets it apart St. Regis from any other hotel is the staff. They are well-trained to show passion and are determined to impress residents with their professionalism. For example, when they offered me a welcome drink during check-in, I inquired about its caffeine content. They informed me it was caffeine-free and even remembered my preference the next day during breakfast, offering me decaffeinated coffee without me having to ask. The receptionist had noted my preference during check-in, and the breakfast staff ensured to accommodate it. Additionally, when the breakfast receptionist showed me to my table in the beautiful and spacious breakfast room, I mentioned it was my preferred spot.

The next day, the breakfast receptionist had my 'perfect table' reserved for me. During check-out, they even waived the breakfast charges. Furthermore, they offer a WhatsApp butler service for easy communication. These instances are just a few examples of the exceptional service provided by the staff at St. Regis. Unfortunately, I didn't write down all the staff names who impressed me to include them in the compliments. Additionally, I'll certainly consider returning during business trips and colder months, as the lack of a beach may not suit my preferences for leisure travel.

Jazz Experience at St. Regis Dubai Palm's Enchanting Jazz Bar

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the jazz bar at St. Regis Dubai Palm, and it was a truly nice experience.
The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing evening, with dim lighting and cozy seating that set the mood just right.
The live jazz music was absolutely beautiful, The selection of songs was diverse, catering to all tastes in jazz and keeping the atmosphere lively yet classy throughout the evening.

The service was impeccable – attentive and friendly staff who made sure that every need was met promptly and with a smile.

Overall, the jazz bar at St. Regis Dubai Palm exceeded my expectations. It's the perfect spot for jazz enthusiasts,
