My experience staying at the hotel was good and happy, until the last day of my stay I called an employee in the administration who said his name was Majeed and asked him to extend my checkout for three hours and I will pay the required amount due to my flight delay, but his response was unprofessional and bad and he said that I have to check out at 12 o'clock, and when I went down to the reception and paid the settlement and asked the receptionist to book another room due to my flight time, she was cooperative and asked me to pay the required amount and I was surprised that she returned me to the same room.. When I returned to the room, I was surprised that my bags had been taken out and I could not find them until I went down again and searched for them despite my request to return them several times over more than two hours. The experience of this employee and the last hours were bad. In general, the hotel is beautiful and enjoyable.

Another wonderful stay at Five Palm! This was my fifth visit in the last 13 months, and once again, it did not disappoint. The team is always friendly and helpful, making every moment enjoyable.
A special thank you to Samia from reception, who looked after me both in December and during this stay. Her dedication, attentiveness, and commitment to delivering the highest service standards truly made a difference. She should be commended for her outstanding service and guest experience.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and beach club! The service was excellent—fast, efficient, and delivered with a genuine smile. The staff made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The food was a highlight, offering a great selection of dishes that were both delicious and well-presented. Whether dining at the restaurant or enjoying a meal at the beach club, the quality was consistently high.

The rooms were lovely, with a modern design, comfortable beds, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the room’s decor and cleanliness was impressive.

The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while also providing a peaceful retreat. The proximity to the beach made it even more enjoyable for those who love seaside relaxation.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mix of luxury, convenience, and excellent hospitality.

New opened Restaurant Jade offered a beautiful Christmas dinner. Chefs choices and a la carte. Cocktails as well were really nice selected.
The ambiance is nice and with an eye for the detail, you feel like sitting in an Asian garden.
I recommend it and will definitely come back ☺️

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Have had the pleasure of visiting Dubai a few times and stayed in all the luxurious hotels Dubai has to offer.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The lobby was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for my stay.

One standout experience was with a staff member named Jasmine. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I can't wait to return.
