I stayed with my family in a 1BHK at Radiance Premium Suites, Al Barsha 1, and we had a very comfortable experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for a family stay. The location is excellent and the staff were helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommended!

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. I wished I never had to leave the hotel. I stayed in a two-bedroom, living room, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining table! Really wonderful, comfortable, clean, quiet, and the service is great. Next to the hotel is a train station, a supermarket, restaurants, and the Mall of the Emirates is nearby. If I return to Dubai, I will definitely book this hotel again! I highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay for 9 days in a 2 BHK apartment. The location is very convenient with great access to most landmarks and tourist attractions. They have ample parking space and the rooms are well maintained. Overall really happy with my choice of stay.

We had a great stay at Radiance suites. We had a two bedroom suite with 2 full bathrooms en-suite and a separate washroom off the lounge. The kitchen had everything we needed including a washing machine.
There was a supermarket across the road and lots of various restaurants nearby.
The hotel was very clean and room service was offered every day .
The staff were all very friendly, especially George who greeted us with a big smile each time we saw him .
We will return .

SCAM !!
After booking a room for 2 weeks due to our upcoming booking. We were 2 days away from our wedding and just about to check in the family, they told us onsite that no outside visitors allowed. Expecting is to do all of our hair and make up at the lobby since only the ones registered can go in.
In order for us to have guests, we had to book an extra room which is another x2 amount in addition.
It wasn't in any online policy. If we had known then we wouldn't have booked at this place in the first place.
It was difficult to find another place since most of the nearby places were already fully booked.
This has been the only Headache we had experienced during our wedding preparations. No consideration at all !! Don't know it was intentional or not. But having us go through all this trouble.
Wasn't any help at all kept insisting to do the upgrade. Worst experience with any accommodation.
Had to report everything to DOT incase

We stayed here on our trip. Each bedroom had own full bathroom. With extra public area half bath. Fully stocked kitchen (not with food) Very nice setting area with nice dinning area. Very nice staff. Will clean daily or when ever. Located decently. Prices decent. A small hone away from home. Very safe. Actually Dubia made me feel safe.

I recently stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, and it was truly amazing! The apartment was impeccably clean and polished, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any needs.
The only downside was the strict policy regarding visitors, which felt a bit restrictive. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was excellent.
I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained space with great service.
