Upon arrival, there was no porter or staff member available to assist with my luggage. I had to carry all my bags alone, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide quality service. This created a very bad first impression and set the tone for the rest of my stay.
At the reception, the situation became even worse. I was first accused of not having a booking, even though I had a confirmed reservation. Instead of welcoming me professionally, the staff questioned my presence and made me feel uncomfortable. After that, they accused me of not paying for my room, even though everything was already settled. This level of disorganization and lack of communication between departments is alarming.
It is also clear that the hotel is overbooked and still continues to accept new reservations without having the capacity or proper system in place to manage them. This carelessness directly affects guests and creates unnecessary stress, especially on such an important occasion.
What makes this experience even more disappointing is that my brother’s wedding was taking place at this hotel, and we expected everything to be handled smoothly and professionally. Instead, the service was very, very, very bad from start to finish. At such an important family event, we should have been supported, not stressed or disrespected.
Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I have ever had. The management urgently needs to improve training, communication, and customer service standards. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future guests do not go through the same experience.

Very good for business travel too, being just opposite the airport and with plenty of quiet areas for working and meetings, both indoors and outdoors.
Rooms are incredibly spacious and bathrooms are impeccably clean and generously sized too.
The outdoor facilities aren’t super modern but they’re good. Nice pools, good fitness centre and great restaurants - Sukhothai is the best!

The property itself is expansive, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for both work and relaxation. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere, which made for a great night’s sleep despite the hotel being right in the heart of the city.
The dining options are another highlight. With multiple restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines, there’s truly something for everyone. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh, with excellent variety.
The conference and event facilities are world-class — spacious, well-equipped, and supported by a highly professional events team. It’s easy to see why this hotel is a preferred choice for business travelers and conferences in Dubai.
The location is also very convenient, just a short drive from Dubai International Airport and close to key attractions.
Overall, Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre combines luxury, comfort, and efficiency perfectly. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, it’s a property that truly delivers on every front.
The only problem is the lack of information of the shuttle bus. It took us almost two hours to find it. I called the hotel and emailed twice but still didn’t get the information of how and where to look for the shuttle bus.
It is on the third floor of the airport. Not where the taxis are, but one floor higher. Get off the exit 2 and turn left, there will be a place where the shuttle bus stops. And there is no sign which is very sad.

This time it was too crowded the A/C not working in corridors between rooms and the pool temperature is hot and dirty .
