We recently stayed at this lovely hotel and resort due to a prolonged delay in our flight. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and we found them all very service oriented throughout our entire stay. They were all eager and helpful, with special mention to Sanjeeta and Thusan who served us during one of our evening meals. The facilities are extremely clean and well serviced. We used the pool in the Le Royal Club, the fitness lap pool and the gym and all were lovely. Our room was spotlessly clean. The only small thing to point out is that we booked a room for three people and they brought in a little trundle bed which was horrendously uncomfortable - I think that needs to be looked into and those beds need to be made more comfortable. The main bed was amazing. And also, we didn’t have the bathrobe, slippers, cups, glasses, water bottles etc for the third person so that little attention to small details could further be improved. However, I can’t fault them as it was a last minute type booking that was made only the night prior.
Highly recommended resort and would definitely stay here again the next time we need a place in Dubai.

We had a fantastic stay during our recent visit! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were welcoming and friendly, setting a positive tone for our trip. The hotel's proximity to the airport was a major plus, especially with the convenient free shuttle service running regularly. Our spacious room was a delight, and the highlight was definitely the fun jacuzzi bathtub, perfect for summer relaxation. The staff was accommodating, fulfilling most of our requests with a smile. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back again! Highly recommended!

The front reception staff were absolutely amazing, and efficient, which is what you WANT when travelling with 2 very young tired children. The reception man who helped me made sure my family had an interconnecting room and had organised a lovely cot for baby. We were only staying in Dubai for 20 hours and our room was absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean. Room service was fast and delicious. 1km from airport!!

The location which is near to airport Terminal 1 is bit far from most of the interest points and not quite convenient but if you are ready to compromise then this is one of the best properties in Dubai.
Specious, great gym, swimming pools and definitely amazing breakfast options. This property has everything to offer. There are plenty of high end restaurants nearby as well.
The staff are courteous, attentive and super professional. It has valet parking services which is a great help at times.

Note - long but warranted review. This find by my husband was a blessing to a day that started out to be crappy since our initial hotel booked would not let us check in until 2pm. We landed in Dubai at 7.30am. Everyone was tired and wanted to sleep. Enter Le Meridian. The smiling welcoming face of Jocelyn at the check in desk was a relief. She demonstrated hospitality beyond any hotel stay I've ever seen. Understanding our situation, she tailored the entire experience including room, breakfast to suit the needs of our family, recognizing we were flying out that night. The room was exceptional and more than what we could have asked for. While I was too tired to have breakfast my sons said the breakfast was exceptional. The pancakes were out of this world, they said. Jocelyn walked us to our room, ensured we were all taken care of, we exchanged some nostalgic memories of old Dubai. The bell boys were exceptional too. We've stayed at many hotels around the world but this now holds a fond spot for us with beautiful memories. In terms of cost, this was actually cheaper than the 3 star hotel we booked initially and definitely more classy. My two regrets, I could not say farewell to Jocelyn and we could not stay longer to enjoy all the amenities, the restaurants, the spa the hotel had to offer. Thank you Jocelyn for an amazing experience at Le Meridian.

My expectations of this renowned chain are invariably high, given its long-standing reputation in hospitality.
On my return visit, the experience was markedly different. I raised my initial concerns with the management at JW Marriott, who were receptive and addressed them promptly. This time, I had the pleasure of experiencing the Royal Club service. Although somewhat removed from the main pool and restaurants, and lacking an impressive view, the tranquility and exclusive nature of the room more than compensated for these minor drawbacks. The executive facilities were exceptional and the service was commendable.
The staff was noticeably more cheerful and dedicated, contributing significantly to the enhanced quality of my stay. Their commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction was evident and greatly appreciated. I am thankful for the upgrade and the improved service. Best hotel, service people amazingly, Nader from Egypt was awesome. The hotel is
next to the airport but feels like a resort. If you have one or two days in Dubai, come and enjoy the best dining and swimming pools.
