The only problem is the lack of information of the shuttle bus. It took us almost two hours to find it. I called the hotel and emailed twice but still didn’t get the information of how and where to look for the shuttle bus.
It is on the third floor of the airport. Not where the taxis are, but one floor higher. Get off the exit 2 and turn left, there will be a place where the shuttle bus stops. And there is no sign which is very sad.
The stuff very friendly and the service good
This time it was too crowded the A/C not working in corridors between rooms and the pool temperature is hot and dirty .
Gym pool it become like picnic pool and allowing the people to swim with cotton cloth

Although I didn’t stay overnight, I was impressed by the hotel’s overall ambiance and amenities, including the impressive dining options and the beautiful outdoor spaces.
I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host a business event in Dubai. The service and facilities are top-notch, making it a fantastic choice for professional gatherings.
It was very lovely, breakfast was good. I love the toast salmon and dimsum
The only part I don't really like is that the hotel is far from the city,it's more closer to airport
So if your done with the city tour it's very recommended hotel to stay
But they provide Suttle to many place, only that the timing doesn't meat our schedule
Overall,it's great place to stay and relax
