The rooms are very nice and they are in Bansko’s style. In some of the rooms there is a fireplace. The big room for 6 people is awesome, especially if it is a maisonette. All rooms have terrace.

The apartment was spacious, the kitchen was badly stocked, if we had wanted to cook it would have been tricky. Breakfast was OK, but no toast, evening meal again was OK, large portions, but no drinks available- we were told water was only for breakfast, the shuttle bus had been replaced with a car which was fine for 2 of us but would have been a problem for any larger groups. The bar had been closed for the season. Overall was OK

Very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms, pretty good service! There is SPA centre with one not too big but clean pool, steam bath, sauna, salt room and Turkish bath.
Breakfast is enough tasty but not too variety. What is very important for us, there is children room and playground

Probably more of a 3.5, a lot of good things are ruined by silly small things. We had a 3 bedroom appt which was ideal, except you flooded the bathroom s whenever you shower. Poor wet room design. Plus a lick of paint would be welcome. Food was fine without being great and weirdly the bar was not part of the hotel and wanted cash payment if used. Overall a hit, but I doubt you'll see me there again.

Beautiful, big and clean apartments. The staff are polite and welcoming. The yard in the hotel is very beautiful, with children's corner also. The pool is not so big but is enough for swimming, with decent water. In the spa center there are only sauna and steam bath. I didn't see anything else. Around the hotel is very peaceful and view is great. Breakfast is ok, like in most of Bulgarian hotels. They need to improve the parking area. It is a dirt road. If it is important for someone, this is pet friendly hotel.

You get exactly what it says on the tin! The apartment was basic, but had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. There was plenty of hot water and it easily controlled heating. The spa is welcome at the end of the day - it could be cleaner, and would benefit from more regular maintenance. A great location - it has a shuttle service but we enjoyed the walk each day. Reception staff are very helpful. I'd book here again.

The rooms were great, large,clean,towels and toiletiers were provided,wifi was very good,the kitchen had everything in it,very good spa, the food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty, compliments to the chef. The staff could be more friendly, the receptionist was ok,staff in the restaurant could smile once in a while, the lifeguard wasn't professional people were jumping into the pool and he didn't bother to stop them even though jumping wasn't allowed.
The hotel deserves 5 stars but because of the staff I'll give you 4.
However we liked it and we will choose the hotel again.

Very small and dirty room, it could be obviously seen some dirt pieces on the floor. Extremely cold in the room without air conditioner. We left even before we have seen the SPA...

Tired needs lick of paint and deep cleaning, spa area tired. Hot tub film on the side of it, Great location.
