Overall the hotel is fine if you don't need anything luxurious. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were some things that could be done better. The ceiling light wasn't working, and the mini fridge wasn't working too.

They gave us a better room, that was a nice surprise. It was a bit dusty, but it's a nice place. One of the few places in Bulgaria with shower separated from the floor.

A very nice hotel. 10/10. The lady at the reception is very kind and nice. The hotel's parking is underground and it's kinda small. Rooms for 2 people, huge apartments for 3 people(I don't have photos of the apartment)

Breakfast was a cold buffet with lots of options. We were particularly impressed by staff, however, who let us in past midnight, called us a taxi in the morning, and were generally very helpful. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. Views aren't beautiful, as the surrounding buildings are scrappy, but that was our only complaint.

I really like the hotel; it’s in the best location in all of Sofia! I stay at Sofia Place Hotel every time I’m in town. The reception staff is wonderful, and the rooms are very large and spacious! I’ll be recommending it to all my friends and family!

I strongly recommend that everyone come and stay at the hotel.A nice and welcoming team. And I would like to mention the receptionist Daisy who was always smiling and tried to help with any question. It is also worth mentioning the manager of the nona hotel who tried very hard to pleasant and take care of small things to our satisfaction.

This hotel is nicely placed close to the center of Sofia. The staff is nice and friendly. It's a great hotel for a short stay. But there is for example no breakfast and the rooms have seen vetter days.

We had a great 4 day stay at Casa Ferrari. The room was large and spacious, bed was comfortable with a bath room en suite. It was always clean. Our host 'Lucy" could'nt have been more helpful and kind. He did the breakfast for us each day treating us to different Bulgarian breakfast pastries and breads each morning. He was also very good at sitting with us and telling us about Bulgarian history...

This is a centrally located small family hotel. It is nice and clean, but when I tried to use the air conditioner, I was told I couldn't run the cold air if another guest was using the heating function. This is the biggest nonsense I have ever heard. They were good about getting the check-in information outside of desk hours. They have a washing machine, but have a lot of rules around being able to use it. It was very close to the main pedestrian street. The common kitchen was super cute and stocked with coffee and snacks.

It's located in a quiet neighborhood but it's very close to city centre, so most attractions are walkable. Staff is nice and helpful. Snacks and water are provided in the common kitchen. There are also multiple cats, although they're not close to humans.

We stayed in the small middle room that felt little bit cramped but ok. Our only disappointment was the very weak shower jet (quite unusable). Breakfast was ok. We stayed an additional night in the larger room that felt really spacious and nice, for only 20% more per night. Great location, very good price vs big hotels. Would stay again.

Hotel was on a hill, but the view in the morning was amazing. It's a family run hotel. Rooms are a decent size. Thr hotel is very quaint, and rustic if you like that, then this is up your street. I prefer these type hotels to newly built, as they have more character.

The hotel is very nice, altough is a little hidden. The staff is friendly, but pay attention that they speak only basic english. Bit far from city center, about 20-30 minutes by car. There is noi shower cabine, so after a shower the whole bathroom is wet.

The hotel is located in the Vitosha District which is really close to the mountain thus the air is quite fresh. The hotel itself offers big and well and well facilitated rooms.

The location is really near to the historical center, you can go there walking. The guy is really nice, he allowed me to guest a couple of friends and their luggage for a few hours in the middle of the night and he arrange the cab for them, he was really nice. Good, the room was nice. Clean, have TV, the reception staff was kind. Also have a restorant on the entrance. The only negative thing is no left but the location will compensate sure for this.

Convenient to the bus station and a cut above the surrounding neighborhood hostels. The concierge is very accommodating. The walls are thin however and the decor somewhat disco-ish. Also the restaurant downstairs plays dub and rap constantly. Perhaps OK if you like that at breakfast?

Lovely hotel, big spacious bedrooms which were nice and clean. Shower room was also large and clean. Room had remote controlled air conditioning that's wasn't to noisy. View from the balcony was really nice at night, but when the morning came the view was something else with the mountains in the background. Would definitely recommend this hotel and if I go back to Sofia I will be staying here again

Don't be put off by your initial impression of the entrance to this very well located little hotel. Clean rooms, nice shower and a massive bathroom. Right in the city centre and close to the underground. The outside of the building could do with a little TLC but it's money well spent. I'd stay again.
