We've had a great stay so far. Staff are all so friendly and willing to help despite the reviews saying otherwise! They upgraded us to a nice balcony room with an amazing view.
Food has been great considering the price and the included wine/beer at dinner (which we didnt know about) has been a treat!!
Short walk to the rental areas and gondola. Highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

the location is amazing because it's close to the center and there are lots of shops around, it's also close to a few ski renting places. the food on the other hand was awful and was not cooked properly, the rooms looked good and we had an amazing view BUT they were not clean at all - the towels were dirty and the sheets too, they had hair and some stains. overall I wouldn't recommend going there.

The hotel itself was very nice and cozy, but the rooms and the food ruined the experience. The rooms weren't well cleaned and after the supposed cleaning it didn't get any better. There were a few good options about the different meals but most of the time the food tasted stale and the only thing that was at an all time best were the desserts.

Overall experience was good as a budget option. Cleanness wasn't the strong point of that room, as it wasn't very well cleaned. We had to have the bedlinens changed on check-in since they had stains and hair on them. Staff was very helpful and helped with everything.

Perfect view to the mountains 🤩 Giving a good review because I own my small apt there and actually made it nice, so this is not a very representative review. The SPA is ok, location is great for skiing at just 5-10 min walk (depending on your pace and direction - elevated on your way back) from the lift by foot. Has restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, bars, everything around it. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. But that's the case with 95% of the new buildings in Bulgaria in general, so don't expect to get it differently anywhere else.

The staff is friendly, but the hotel itself needs renovating. The room was very small, it took a day and a half to warm it up through. Everything was almost falling apart. The bed was very noisy, the bathroom wasn't with a shower cabin like on the pictures, instead there was a filthy shower curtain. The bed sheets had stains on them. I give two stars just for the staff.

The staff was very kind. The price was pretty good but I booked with a travel agency. Free Wi-Fi. Not so close to the Bansko Ski Center as expected.

I was very happy with our stay here! Accommodations are great and the price point is excellent. They offer free Wi-Fi, the staff is very friendly, and there are a lot of great services offered. I also cannot omit mentioning the great views from the rooms, the indoor pool/spa, and the good food!
