I would never go back again. I have been there at least 10 times in different seasons. Every time the hotel is full of teenagers. They shout, loud music, like you are in a disco. The management is not interested in what is happening. It feels like you are in a children's camp in the jungle...

It's "near" the gondola but walking route isn't direct!!
You have to walk down the hill, cross the bridge then walk back up the hill to the lift.
In ski gear it isn't pleasant.
They run a shuttle service but it runs after the gondola opens and you'll end up at the back of the queue waiting for 2 hrs to get on.
The breakfast was reasonable price but not great quality.
We even had a drunk man sleeping outside out room shouting all night.
The staff were not interested in how that effected us at all it seems normal...
The ski hire shot located at the hotel had great staff but the gear is very low quality and falling apart.

What ever you do, do not stay here, groups of teenagers shouting, screaming, playing loud music, up to all hours, management don't care about your stay only the students!! advised to seek alternative accommodation by manager!! who then accused us of harassing the students, manager was going to review cameras but no surprise never did, absolutely disgraceful, even sleep in your car on the street, it will be better 100%, avoid at all costs............

Due to the relatively high price for a hotel in Bulgaria, we arrived with high expectations. Unfortunately, we were disappointed.

The rooms were basic. The shower was appalling. You have to shower in a bathtub, and getting out afterward is life-threatening. Not to mention, there’s mold in the corners of the bathtub, and no space for a toiletry bag.

Any respectable hotel provides bottled water without charging for it, and certainly does not charge for coffee capsules. During checkout, they don't ask if you used anything; instead, they send an employee to spy on you and check if you drank coffee or water.

It’s a good thing they don’t charge for every square of toilet paper, or I’d have to take out a mortgage.

In summary, I do not recommend it at all.

the location is amazing because it's close to the center and there are lots of shops around, it's also close to a few ski renting places. the food on the other hand was awful and was not cooked properly, the rooms looked good and we had an amazing view BUT they were not clean at all - the towels were dirty and the sheets too, they had hair and some stains. overall I wouldn't recommend going there.

The hotel itself was very nice and cozy, but the rooms and the food ruined the experience. The rooms weren't well cleaned and after the supposed cleaning it didn't get any better. There were a few good options about the different meals but most of the time the food tasted stale and the only thing that was at an all time best were the desserts.
