The staff members go out of their way to be helpful, the rooms are VERY spacious and clean, and the breakfast is incredible (eat outside for a lovely way to start the day)

Breakfast is not a buffet option, you have a list of menu to choose and if you want something to repeat is extra charged (even if you don’t take something form the initial list and instead of this, you want something else extra)

we asked for an extra mattress but were told that they did not have any. The first morning our breakfast lasted 1 and a half hour because the service was non existent. The second morning, everything went smoothly

In another room the washbasin was broken, had a crack. The view of the run-down backyard was anything but nice. Messy! Bathrooms definitely need restoration. The price for the room was just about 100 euros

Stayed there a couple times because of budget restrictions. Quite acceptable as a 3-star hotel, but it is never a 4-star hotel. There was no iron in the rooms. The toilet seat in one room was a mess

We booked an apartment near the reception. The apartment itself was clean and great. Location was perfect, but most of all: the staff was possibly the most helpful ones I have ever met. Very recommendable!

This hotel is nicely placed close to the center of Sofia. The staff is nice and friendly. It's a great hotel for a short stay. But there is for example no breakfast and the rooms have seen vetter days.

We had a great 4 day stay at Casa Ferrari. The room was large and spacious, bed was comfortable with a bath room en suite. Our host 'Lucy" could'nt have been more helpful and kind

Quiet, I think there where only 3 rooms. Ludmil, the owner is very friendly, speaks good English and knows a lot about Sofia and advises what to see and do

This is a centrally located small family hotel. It is nice and clean, but when I tried to use the air conditioner, I was told I couldn't run the cold air if another guest was using the heating function

It's located in a quiet neighborhood but it's very close to city centre, so most attractions are walkable. Snacks and water are provided in the common kitchen

They went out of their way to assist me with booking tours from Sofia. I ended up doing the 7 Rila Lakes and Rila Monastery tour with their help—it was amazing. Their local knowledge really enhanced my experience

Good, the room was nice. Clean, have TV, the reception staff was kind. Also have a restorant on the entrance. The only negative thing is no left but the location will compensate sure for this.

Convenient to the bus station and a cut above the surrounding neighborhood hostels. The concierge is very accommodating. The walls are thin however and the decor somewhat disco-ish

Also the restaurant downstairs plays dub and rap constantly. Perhaps OK if you like that at breakfast?

The hotel is in a prime location in Sofia, close to the center but far enough away to be quiet. We used the complimentary sauna which was a wonderful way to relax on a rainy day

We had a great stay here- we actually stayed twice. The rooms were both very spacious- had separate sleeping and living areas and the decor was very beautiful. Both of our rooms (junior suites) had their own balconies

A cheap and cheerful place to stay, located right in the centre of Sofia. The lady who greeted me for late check-in was very helpful and friendly. The building itself is very hard to find though as there are no signs

The high ceilings remainded me of the old houses we use to have in my place (that didn't bother me). It actually has some nice touches even though the room decoration is antique

The "staff" downstairs are a bit hit and miss, but I don't think they actually work for the guest house. The lady we met who seemed to be in charge of guest house was very friendly. Free use of washing machine also!
