The whole hotel needs a renovation, there’s an unpleasant smell in some places, the elevator is very slow and few in number, the carpet is dirty, the rooms are run-down, with uncomfortable, dirty mattresses. The bathroom is okay. Major work is needed. The food is like in any all-inclusive, not the best, but you can always find something for yourself. The staff is fine and friendly, including the bar staff. The pool is suitable for a quick refresh, and the sunbeds in front of it are not expensive. The beach is clean.

Perfect destination, the service at the floor was helpfull and fast at his job. Restaurant was perfectly cleqn qnd tidy.

We stayed at this hotel, and they told us it’s a 4-star hotel, but it is nowhere near 4 stars!
The food was okay, I can’t complain about that, but the rooms were small and dirty, the bathroom was disgusting – you could actually get sick there!
You have to wait 10 minutes for the elevator, and then it breaks down 3 times a day.
The staff is very rude and doesn’t care about you, even if you file a complaint!
The room smelled of mold, and when we turned on the air conditioning, it smelled like urine because I believe it had never been cleaned!
The location is okay, right on the beach, which is clean and with beautiful water.
There is no parking and no sunbeds on the beach – you have to pay for them separately!
Parking also has to be paid for somewhere else, not at the hotel.

It's not bad, but neither good.
They gave us, for 4 adults a double bedroom room, which seems logical, but the toilets opened into one of the bedrooms, so it was pretty annoying climbing through each other in the morning. In addition that room was so small we couldn't open our suitcases, and there weren't any cupboards in that room.
The cafeteria had just limited water source, which in most cases was empty. The juices were unenjoyably sweet and the coffee was just tasteless.
The drinks they served at the all inclusive bars were cheap, and they didn't have the ingredients for any basic cocktail.
Apart from the above, the food was great and diverse, the staff was nice and the single rooms have better layout.

Rooms are small and aufull. This is not a 4 stra hotel... The rooms are comparable to a 2 star hotel.

Won't recommend, and for sure never coming back here. Very bad food!!!

Beautiful location, crowded restaurant, and beach. The food is terrible and the pool is very dirty. I give no more than 3 stars.

We went last year in the middle of June and it was really good. Simple clean and everything to hand. Among the minuses, the beach bar and sunbeds are not free. Otherwise good level of service. Good and kind people. Price and quality! I recommend!

We have been for a two days business meeting. For the end of October food and services was acceptable . Will come back next summer definitely!

Rooms are okay, location is great! However food and drinks are low quality. Dinner meals are one and the same every evening, lunch is one and the same every time and there are No slices of bread for breakfast. Drinks are coca cola wanna be, alcohol is bad.
In total try not to eat in the restaurant, which is with the size of a big apartment, but should serve 8 floor Hotel with more than 100 rooms.
Will not come again and not recommend for sure!
