Hotel Golden Ina-Rumba Beach-All Inclusive in Sunny Beach

The whole hotel needs a renovation, there’s an unpleasant smell in some places, the elevator is very slow and few in number, the carpet is dirty, the rooms are run-down, with uncomfortable, dirty mattresses. The bathroom is okay. Major work is needed. The food is like in any all-inclusive, not the best, but you can always find something for yourself. The staff is fine and friendly, including the bar staff. The pool is suitable for a quick refresh, and the sunbeds in front of it are not expensive. The beach is clean.

We stayed at this hotel, and they told us it’s a 4-star hotel, but it is nowhere near 4 stars!
The food was okay, I can’t complain about that, but the rooms were small and dirty, the bathroom was disgusting – you could actually get sick there!
You have to wait 10 minutes for the elevator, and then it breaks down 3 times a day.
The staff is very rude and doesn’t care about you, even if you file a complaint!
The room smelled of mold, and when we turned on the air conditioning, it smelled like urine because I believe it had never been cleaned!
The location is okay, right on the beach, which is clean and with beautiful water.
There is no parking and no sunbeds on the beach – you have to pay for them separately!
Parking also has to be paid for somewhere else, not at the hotel.

I’m giving you this feedback so that you can improve the things I mentioned

Rooms are small and aufull. This is not a 4 stra hotel... The rooms are comparable to a 2 star hotel.

Won't recommend, and for sure never coming back here. Very bad food!!!

Pros:

Rooms are okay, and cleaning is decent.

The staff is pretty nice.

Cons:

The food was very bad. We got sick after eating here. Two out of four people vomited the whole night after eating, and the other two felt really bad with stomach pain, although they didn't vomit.

We went to tell the manager something like, "Hey, the food may be expired or just bad," but the restaurant manager told us to talk to reception because they claimed their food was fine.

The hotel has four stars, but the food is one star.

The alcohol is cheap, but for the price, I can't complain.
