Diamond Hotel - All Inclusive

AVOID THIS HOTEL! upon arriving, check in was fast and rooms seemed clean. But that is what you would expect. Apart from that, the food was absolutely awful. I couldn't get myself to eat it and I'm not a fussy eater. We had to eat out everyday as the hotel food was that bad. It smelt and tasted off. You had a poor variety of food. not much to chose from and what you did have was terrible. No one spoke a word of English and even getting a drink was difficult. You had a poor variety of drinks to chose from and when they did make them they would taste far to strong. We were left without water for 2 different days and when asked they didn't have much to say. The workers aren't great either. Kept staring inappropriately and talking in their own language Probably talking inappropriately. So just avoid this hotel and book elsewhere.

Rude and uninterested young girl served us. Used Bell for service on the table outside. Rang several times before she arrived and arrogantly took our order. Very quiet there on the afternoon but she seemed more interested in a group of young men at a table further up. Got no change or receipt when we paid so I went inside and asked for this, and was the only place of our whole holiday I did not tip and found rude, bad service.

Manageress attitude was appalling, someone had asked about food as this hotel has very little selection for English. They were advised to go and eat somewhere else if they didn’t like it. Same food every day!
I have lived off soup and bread for 2 weeks as everything else is cold.
We had burgers one night which was bright pink in the middle and same with sausages which made us poorly.
Very little selection for all inclusive drinks and made with tap water.
Location is amazing.
Entertainment is advertised however in the 2 weeks we were there, there was 0.
We witnessed a robbery in the hotel and seen staff didn’t do anything about it. No cameras checked and no complaints made further!
People was able to come in and out of the hotel with no wrist bands and no ones wrist bands where checked to make sure they where staying at the hotel.
Some staff and all cleaners where really polite however if your wanting a holiday where your not wanting to worry I would NOT recommended this hotel but would highly recommend sunny beach

I will never book with love holidays again. I'm currently on holiday to Bulgaria which I paid for 2 adults and one child 10 years old I paid £1900 for 10 days all inclusive.
Hotel is supposed to be 4 star but is more like -10 stars. ..

The pool and ice cream is great but that Is it.

My son is 10 and is sleeping on an armchair pulled out, a toddler bed has more room.

Air conditioning is awful it is 36 degrees here at the minute and air conditioning hardly works it is more like a fan blowing hot air round the room.

Mini fridge in room the door does not shut properly,

Our toilet was not even glued/screwed to the floor properly so when we sat on it, it falls over.

Drinks are awful the fizzy pop is like drinking some body's flat backwash. It is so watered down it is unreal it does not even look the right colour of cola.

Alcohol is very strong

Food- I have not ate as the first 2 random families I spoke to on arrive said do not eat here the food is days old and just re put out and that they have upset stomachs both families did not know each other and that was the first thing they said.

Staff are rude and sarcastic when you ask for help.

I have contacted love holidays to try move hotel and I got refused because love holidays are just as useless so I would not ever recommend them either.

My first day and I seen two empty sun beds as there is hardly any. I sat on the beds and a couple of hours later a man came up to me speaking a different language shouting in my face trying to move my things so he could sit down and was prodding me screaming in my face and was putting his things on top of mine trying to tell me to move. When I said I am sorry I cannot understand you he said the words English and shook his head.

The hotel are all for looking after their own and do not care one bit about English.

Also the beds are all single and have lights right above your head.

I contacted love holidays to try and move hotel and got told to speak to reception where reception said I don't have any money to refund you as love holidays don't pay until you leave hotel. So when I spoke to love holidays about this they said no there's nothing that they can do to help and cut me off.

I have no spending money left as I have to leave hotel to eat and have got to live off chips for the next 9 nights.

Love holiday staff know this and still refuse to help me when I have asked so politely to move hotel.
I will never be booking a holiday with love holidays again and I will be getting a solicitor involved as this is a shambles my son and myself haven't stopped crying.

Love holidays have refused to move us hotel as it's after the 7 day period before we come! Which if I knew the hotel was like this I wouldn't have come!

My partner has woke up this morning to be covered in bed bug bites!
We have been here since Monday and it's now Saturday and the bed sheets haven't been changed once.

Great location for the strip. The food is very repetitive and very bland. Disgusting - If you're Bulgarian, you're fine as you are served first, and british are ignored. Complained about the fridge not working, finally got fixed after three days. Dirty sheets on first night complained 3 times, Still never got replaced- Reception staff very rude - Other guests they just push you out of the way. Don't know what queuing means. This place has put me off Bulgaria sunny beach. Never go all inclusive again as there are plenty of nice restaurants in Sunny Beach, reasonable priced. This is my first time at this hotel, but the third year here at Bulgaria Sunny Beach. Not many British people at this hotel, but have experienced the same. People are very ignorant with no manners in the hotel- Please look at the reviews I wish we had. Avoid.
