Louis Ledra Beach

Amazing holiday away with the kids, family room with sliding door very good room, maids couldn't do enough, food was best I've seen. So much prep, fresh food, and plenty, so much selection at every meal, theme nights, Italian restaurant waiter service on site to use one a week on all inclusive, staff all so lovely and helpful, amazing location on beach front. No issues getting sun beds, some nice places to visit nearby, zoo, harbour, castle, mall. Supermarkets across the road. Very hot but clear sea and pools a plenty to cool off in

My only complaint is the bathroom floor is slippery when wet. It's a great hotel for adults and little children but not somewhere I'd take my teenage son. They were amazing with the people I supported. All the staff were friendly especially Ahmed who waited at the tables. The food was really good and the different food nights meant there was different food to try every night. The views from my view from my room were beautiful. We didn't do any of the entertainment outside but we did see two different singers in the inside bar area who were really good.

Had a fantastic holiday, will definitely return. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, nothing was too much trouble, anything we asked they helped us with, the staff all provide a great service, the whole hotel is spotlessly clean including the rooms. There is air con and fans throughout the hotel. The food was always fresh with loads of options. We could not fault this hotel. They had great entertainment on in the day and the night. Can’t thank all the staff enough for making our holiday so lovely.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here for my wedding, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect.

Firstly, I must commend Athena (GR), Nicholas, and Christos (bar staff) for their exceptional service throughout our stay. They were attentive, friendly, and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.

The accommodations were top-notch, with a bed so comfortable it felt like sleeping on clouds. Our room was beautifully appointed and provided a cozy retreat after a busy day of wedding preparations.

Speaking of the wedding, I couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to help bring our special day to life. The staff pulled out all the stops to make sure everything ran smoothly, and their attention to detail was truly impressive.

As if that wasn't enough, we were pleasantly surprised with extra gifts in our room, both before and after the wedding. It was these thoughtful touches that really made us feel valued as guests.

Now, let's talk about the food. Wow! The culinary experience was nothing short of exceptional. With different themed nights every evening, each meal was a delightful adventure for the taste buds. And the quality remained consistently outstanding throughout our stay.

While the entertainment was enjoyable, what really stood out was the effort put into activities for both kids and adults. From fun games to archery sessions, there was never a dull moment at the hotel.

Overall, our experience was nothing short of magical. The combination of wonderful staff, luxurious accommodations, delicious food, and unforgettable wedding memories made our stay truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return for our anniversary!

We visited the Louis Ledra from 24th April 2024 on all inclusive board and what an amazing experience.
We knew we had picked the best hotel when we were greeted by the manager with a glass of Prosecco and canapés. As someone with disabilities I was impressed that they changed my room booking to ground floor with walk in shower. Every member of staff we met had impeccable customer service skills and were caring.

Room
The room was spotlessly clean and housekeeping visited daily. We had a mini bar which was replenished every day with water and non alcoholic drinks. Clean towels every day too. The room was quite large with plenty of storage for us both. The terrace was very private and not overlooked. Air conditioning was free of charge but there was a small charge for the safety deposit box. I recommend taking earplugs due to minimal soundproofing but we both slept exceptionally well. The beds are high quality and super comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe. Tea and coffee making facilities although it was not needed for us.

Food
The main dining room was spacious and spotless. Food provided on a self service basis although waiter service provided any drinks. The food varied day to day with theme nights. Everything we ate was delicious. Cooking stations too the fresh omelettes were exceptional. Food to suit most nationalities the beef stefado was the best I have had to date. Plentiful salads, desserts, hot food, even a children’s table with their favourite foods. The pool area provided delicious snacks and lunch with a view. The Italian a la carte is actually the pool restaurant that is re purposed in the evening to the a la carte not a separate restaurant. You can visit here free once per week. We were a little disappointed with our a la carte experience. The starters were shared bread with olive oil and about the smallest drip of balsamic I have ever seen. The single stuffed mushroom we shared was not to our taste. However the fish for main was beautiful cooked and seasoned, the Tiramisù was just average. Lovely change but I would not pay to visit the a la carte as we both thought the food in the main restaurant was better overall.
If you are going out for the day you can even request a packed lunch the day before and collect a breakfast.
Alcoholic drinks are included if they are local branded alcohol such as we have in the UK is an extra charge. The inside bars provided lovely cocktails too, but the outside bar cocktails were very weak in comparison. This suited us though as they were refreshing and we are not big drinkers.

Pools
Again exceptionally clean, sun beds plentiful with no scrambling to find one. One indoor pool we didn’t use and three outdoor pools. One outdoor shallow baby pool, one larger pool for all and one small adult only pool. The adult only pool was adequate size to cool of but we had a couple of occasions when we had to inform parents it was adult only. The signage could be clearer for this. The beach was a stone’s throw away.

The beach
Not really a swimming beach as most days it was quite rough. Large rocks underneath meant difficult entry but a nice sandy area to relax and listen to the waves. Beautiful sunsets.

Entertainment
We didn’t try the evening entertainment but the team were lovely in the day. There was archery, quiz, yoga, aqua aerobics, shuffleboard, boules all included. Big shout out to the lovely ‘Luna’.

We witnessed such kindness from staff, there were tables reserved near the food for disabled although we did not need this. The gentleman waiter would plate what was requested for anyone having difficulty to walk and serve it to their table for them, which was just lovely to see.

The manager who welcomed us insisted on seeing us off. She waited for our bus with us, gave each of us a hug goodbye and wished us safe travels, I have never experienced anywhere else. We met other guests who have been re visiting the Louis Ledra yearly for 10 years another couple every year for 7 years and we can see why. .

PERFECT HOLIDAY

Been here for only 4 days and am quite impressed. Mainly with the staff and food. Location is good 40 minutes walk from Paphos along beach path. Price for all inclusive is good due to quality. Most outstanding guest relations woman Athena who helped book us cheap car through hotel. So will update at end.

We had 10 lovely days in the hotel.From the moment we arrived to the day we left we were felt very welcomed.The staff were very hard working.I had a sore knee while I was there Myroulla on reception was very kind and said she would get me medical assistance I said I would be ok but she asked me every day was if i was ok.Gina the bar manger was so lovely she made my husband Roger feel so special.Lizzi was absolutely hilarious she should be on the stage she made us laugh every time we spoke to her. Vacky and his team kept guests entertained with various game throughout the day and sat with us at night he has so much energy and ideas he will go far.The food was good staff very friendly and hardworking as were the bar staff they worked so hard to make sure everyone had drinks they made me tired just watching them rushing around.Everywhere in the hotel people were working so hard they are a credit to the management. The hotel is certainly worth a visit.

This is a wonderful hotel on the beach, one of the best I have been to in the last 70 years, service is second to non, all the staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you.
We would like to praise Lizz and the entertainment team for the enjoyment they gave to everybody, nightly quiz is exceptional enjoyment.
We thank Christos for the attention he gave us every evening, boy can that man work and moves very quickly.
We will definitely be back the same as many others 3 and 4 times that's how good this hotel is.

Stayed here at the very end of October and first few days of November, weather was 27°C most days, occasionally cloudy but still hot. Sea is warm enough that I was able to stay in for an hour or more without getting cold( this contrasts with the hotels outside pools which were FREEZING!). Water is crystal clear, it is rocky (a substantial ledge) getting in but that shelves off so you're in deep water and can then stand on the rocks. Lots of fish to see and as the Med isn't tidal it feels very safe to swim especially for my young daughter. Access to the beach is actually easier than some of the other more plush looking hotels along the coast, you cross a shared path and you're on the beach! (My tip if the sea is as important to you as it was too me; bring sea shoes or flippers and a mask)
As for the actual hotel, 99% of staff very helpful and very friendly. They seemed to genuinely care about us which is impressive at the end of the season!
We required a fridge for our meds but the one in the room wasn't up to the task, as such our meds where kept in the reception staffs fridge.
We are a gluten free family and it was nice that staff were aware of issues around gluten, the gluten free rolls they use are really nice! The only downside is that none of the food is labelled as containing gluten or if it's free of gluten in the main eating area so we had to try and guess, the food itself was great, always lots of options and the kids area available in the evening was great!l with alternatives to the nightly themed meals.
Our room was on the ground floor and so it was easier to access the beach/pool/dining area however at night it was very loud, the evening entertainment was in the lobby, if the doors separating the area could be kept shut it would have helped a lot! (I should say we chose to put up with the inconvenience of the noise, staff were prepared to move us but I have included this info so you can make the choice as well!)
TUI rep Nicky was brilliant and always had time for us even when busy, her recommendation of local trips was spot on; go to her briefing the day after you arrive...it's short but very helpful!
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this trip to older people and people with kids.
2nd tip: Local buses are super cheap and the drivers generally understand you so you can get into town pretty easily, lots of shops and an amazing shopping centre (it's bigger and better than some in the UK that I've been too) as well as lots of archeological sites. We walked in along the coast while it was slightly cooler then used the bus when it was much hotter to get back (bus stop is almost opposite the hotel!)
