Rooms look nice and clean, helpful and friendly staff.

However, only 2 stars because there is nothing in the room You'd except for such hotel. No bottled water, no tea, no electric kettle, no mini bar.
Also there isn't too much to chose from for breakfast, and the food I've tried (scrambled eggs and meatballs) weren't tasty at all.

Clean hotel at a good location.

Employee flew into a rage when i told him i parked my car at the garage and wanted to pay when leaving.

Having your car parked at the day of check out is only possible until 2 pm.

Very nice Hotel, directly located at an S-Bahn station. The rooms very nicely decorated and quite spacious, love the Bluetooth boxes integrated into the bed- and bathrooms.
The breakfast buffet was very nice and quite a good selection.

My room was reasonably spacious and had a great view from the tenth floor. The water pressure is good and the bathroom looks nice and clean. The location right next to Schöneberg station is very convenient.
It was a little dusty under the bed and the air condition worked only so so but overall I'm really happy with this hotel choice.

This should be the most comfortable and cost-effective hotel I have stayed in in Germany. The location is also very good. There is a subway station right outside. The pillows and quilts in the hotel are really really really soft. I love this hotel so much!!!

The order already included breakfast and city tax, but when checking in, the front desk insisted that it was not paid. It was useless to show him the order. I had to pay again before I could check in. When checking out, they asked me to pay for breakfast. I took out the photocopied German order and they said I didn't have to pay for breakfast. It clearly stated that city tax and breakfast were included, but the order information seemed to be out of sync with the hotel's information, which was very disturbing. I couldn't sleep well the whole night. When I opened the curtains in the morning, I found that there was a cemetery next to it. The hotel hides a lot of unknown information. Be careful
