Hotel is perfectly located, can easily walk or use all sorts of public transport to move around the city. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are exactly the size and has facilities as advertised.We got the suite, so definitely plenty of space, lots of storage. Very clean and really quiet. Had the best sleep, bed was super comfortable. Tap water is perfectly fine for drinking.A lot of restaurants and eateries just outside the door.

This was the perfect hotel for our stay in Berlin. Immediately across the street from the main train station was so convenient for getting out and exploring, and a very easy walk to the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate.
The showers are a bit odd - shower and sink are just behind glass so if you are sharing a room you will be seen by your roommate. Which for some people is fine! But just know before you book.

The location is good near the train station. However the room is horrible. No coffee for the coffee machine. The room is small. Also their shower is open so everyone can see you showering.

Staff were friendly and generally helpful. The breakfast was nice, with a wide variety of items available. The room was fairly spacious, but the beds were too soft and very uncomfortable. They have a rooftop bar, but unfortunately, every time we tried to go, there was a private event going on.

Very nice, clean and modern room. Not very big but enough for couple. Good location, walking distance form train station! Good price. If you would like to book room check hotel's web page. They offer better rates then Bookig sometimes.

My room was very minimalist, no soft chair or anything. Just a bed, shower, sink, toilet, and a counter to place things on. However, location was great.

I share the same sentiments as another reviewer and recommend people avoid this hotel. This hotel gets business due to its location near the Berlin Hauptbahnhof but doesn’t seem to care about customer experience. I’ve never stayed in a hotel as pricey as this one (well travelled person here). I was given a Jr suite because there were 3 of us. The “jr suite” was essentially a normal room with a fold out sofa bed. And the mattress wasn’t even comfortable. There was no complimentary water and no coffee capsules by the coffee machine. The bathroom is one person stall with an annoying self closing door which keeps slamming shut. No USB plug-ins by the bedside and the room lighting leaves much to be desired. I had to chase housekeeping down to get coffee capsules the next morning and was told to wait. Stood patiently outside my room and despite my housekeepers walking by no one came over. Each time to catch a new housekeeper to ask for coffee capsules, I was told to wait. Not sure who I was waiting for. The room rate was exorbitant for what one gets and never again will I stay at hotels by the AMANO group. I had also stayed at one in another part of Germany and was not impressed at all. This business is into making money only with no regard for giving good customer service.

This is not a hotel. A nightmare. I’m not talking about noise and everything else; it’s impossible to open the window. The reception is only open to accept money. When checking out, the person at the reception was completely asleep. For a bottle of water, which is given as a compliment in all hotels, they charged 10 euros. The shower room stinks and water leaks from all the holes. The blocked money was never returned, I ask the expedition to help in this matter. In a word, find yourself another hotel and stay away from this one.

My recent stay at [Hotel Name] was a true indulgence. From the elegant ambiance to the attentive service, every moment was a delight. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, catering to all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable experience.

This three star hotel successfully delivers a chic and modern ambience, so upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised. It’s the exact definition of affordable luxury.
At check-in I was informed that the economy room I booked is their smallest room. That wasn’t a big deal. I knowingly booked a simple room since it was just for me. Well, I was unpleasantly surprised at how small it actually is. There’s no separation between the bed and shower. A tiny writing desk, mini bar, and space for hanging clothes were among some of the room’s conveniences. But get this, for such a tiny room, they decided a large queen sized bed was appropriate. Although this bed was comfy, it’s also the obstacle between the door to the other side of the room (which has a nice view of the terrace). Depending on your level of mobility, you could crawl on or walk over the bed to get to that window. If I’m not painting a good enough picture yet, maybe this will be a good visual. My medium sized luggage took up approximately half of the walking/standing space. That said, the most time in the room was spent on sleeping.
Despite all this, the room was clean and they have lovely bath products. The hand wash was my favorite; it’s a mild, soft scrub with a soft woodsy, herbal scent.
Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel and would consider returning. Just gotta keep in mind to book a larger room.
