The breakfast was nothing short of excellent, offering a wide choice of delights. The coconut kuche quickly became my favorite! What truly set this hotel apart was the friendly and helpful staff. They graciously allowed me into my room early and even surprised me with a complimentary upgrade, which was much appreciated.
I am already looking forward to my next stay at this wonderful hotel. It’s a top choice for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the vibrant city of Berlin!
1) Room service keeps opening the door even when I’m not asking for it. They have real issues with privacy. Absolutely pisses me off
2) Navigation inside the hotel is absolutely crazy 😂 you have to walk around the entire floor in order to find an elevator. Not sure if a drunk person would find way home.
3) Very noisy rooms, where you hear all the neighbors. However, they give ear plugs.
4) Their location is so nice, but their windows are soo dirty.
5)A/C doesn’t work properly. It only works at 22 degrees.
Breakfast was rich and fullfulling. There was a variety of different cuisines.
The area around the hotel was safe and quiet. There were a few bars around. It was within walking distance from the metro station. 10 minutes.
The staff was polite and helpful. The reception was not on the ground floor but on the first floor which was awkard.
All in all it was a nice hotel to stay for 4 days.
The room was perfect and very quiet, room service precise and well done, guys at the counter nice and helpful. The position is optimal for its value and price. The temperature in the room could be regulated without the need to open the window. There was no need to go to the reception to use the safety box and there was a range of toiletries in the room that you rarely find in other hotels.
