The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport, making it super convenient to explore the city. There are also plenty of lovely restaurants and cafés nearby, so finding a good place to eat is easy. The staff were lively and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was great. Overall, a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a well-located and friendly hotel in Berlin!

The room was quite small, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable.
The bed was shaky and uneven.
The wait times for the lift were excessively long, and the staircases were hidden and clearly not maintained for guest use.

Lovely hotel in a busy area but so quiet inside. Room perfect size for us. Air con excellent in the 30 degree plus heat the last few days. Clean and tidy hotel and room. Like how you can use the SuitePad to request the room cleaning be skipped....we didn't require daily cleaning.

I stayed at Leonardo Mitte for 10 days. It was a very comfortable experience! The breakfast was amazing, the location ideal, the room was great and had a balcony where I could sit and relax! The staff all around was great and helpful especially when I requested to extend my stay. I enjoyed the sauna and gym hope that in the future they'll consider adding free weights to the gym. And to also add German wines to the list at the hotel bar!

An excellent experience: comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic, the front desk extremely helpful getting us restaurant recommendations, and the cleaning staff left the room spotless and immacculate. Such a great location. We would definitely recommend to others and stay again in future.

Great hotel, friendly staff- particularly gentleman working on the reception 29.06/30.06. Breakfast was 22 euro which was fair price but more hot options would be better. Fantastic location, possibility to leave luggage after checking out, early check in possible. Perfect to stay while in Berlin

Nice hotel with perfect location. Breakfast hall was not overcrowded at any time while our stay. Perfect. The breakfast buffet contained all what you expect. Not the largest, but still very ok!

I had a great time staying here. The hotel's location in the city center is absolutely brilliant, making it easy to explore Berlin. Initially, we had an issue with our room's fridge not working, but the staff promptly moved us to a new room without any hassle. Their service and care were top-notch throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin!

Great location and staff! Many restaurants nearby, right next to the Spree, and easily walkable to many of the must-see sites of Berlin. Room was good for size but pretty basic for the cost. Beds were a bit stiff for us but for a short stay acceptable.

I loved everything about this hotel - the location, the decoration of the room, the breakfast, the staff. Despite the central location, it was so quiet! (I stayed in room 342 for 4 nights.) The bed was huge! The room was cleaned every day and I always found refreshments when I came back from my walks. I felt comfortable and had a great time. Would be happy to stay there again and recommend it to anyone. The online check-in was convenient, too.
Also, there was a middle aged man at reception. He was extremely kind and helpful. After I checked out, he offered to keep my accordion in a special place, not together with the rest of the luggage. I appreciate the special attention he paid to the instrument I had bought the previous day.
