perfect location. Close to every location you would like to visit in Düsseldorf. There is also metro, tram and bus stops next to hotel. you can go anywhere.
and I had very smooth and very welcoming. checkin. When I was in my room, I had an immediate call from the receptionist if everything was according to my wish.
Although my room was facing a busy street, it was very quiet.

I’ve booked Leonardo Royal hotel for my parents in law who came from Ireland. They stayed for 5 nights and were telling me how nice the hotel staff were. They said they can recommend this hotel to anybody. Thank you to the staff.

We had to move here from a different accommodation during the middle of the night. The gentlemen at the reception helped with every request we had even though it was past midnight. They made sure we went to sleep with a peaceful mind that everything was settled.
Thank you to all the staff from the front desk for helping us. Each and every one of them was great. This should be our go to hotel in Düsseldorf. Our family that travelled with us was very much pleased too. They hope to return soon!

Stayed solo on business in July 2024.
The hotel is in a perfect location for easy access to the city.
The room was comfortable and clean and WiFi was fairly good.
I was on the first floor at the front of the building which unfortunately meant that there was a lot of noise from the trams running outside, meaning very little sleep!
Breakfast has a huge selection of options but is relatively pricey at €25 a day.

The staff were very friendly, rooms had everything we needed. They also had a coffee machine. Location is great, you can walk to the center very easily. If you don't like walking, there is metro to take you there. With the tram you can go to main train station, shopping places, near the river in a few minutes. Price/performance ratio is very good.

The location of this hotel is very good. We can easily go to all the locations from there, either by foot, tram, or train. The toilet wasn’t that clean though. The staffs were nice.

Loved this hotel. The fact I could park on the premises was one thing less to worry about. Fantastic shower - what an awesome head of water... I know one is supposed to use less water when taking a shower but when it is as lovely as this, it's tricky not to spend a little longer there.
Looked after exceptionally well by Marcel at the bar. Not only was he attentive and patient but also showed a genuine interest in our visit, going above and beyond what would be expected. No doubt others would have also mention this excellent member of your team

One of the best hotels i’ve ever been, there is a comfortable environment and the highest quality service.Especially Mr Stephanos Papadimitropoulos was very helpful and good at his job. We love when we see employees like him, so kind and generous!!! Congratulations for your hotel!! I definitely recommend!!

I love this hotel. Location location location. It's center to best places in D'dorf.
But also love the view of the ban ( for rooms facing the street), a bit noisy as you hear the tram but nothing really serious.
They have rooms facing backyard which I don't like, but they are very quite.
Rooms are a bit old and hotel is expensive for the quality you get for the rooms.
Staff are very helpful and breakfast is decent.
