Hotel opened in 1987, renovated in 2014. In this mini-hotel 52 rooms, 7 floors.

Not sure if it's good value for money, but it could use a bit of renewal, for both hotel and the rooms

Very good size rooms, however no air conditioning. You can drive in and out of the garage.

Location good, prices ok, bed clean and comfortable, I didn't hear any noise inside of the hotel but the huge MINUS is no air conditioner and just one window opening (which was not enough) plus with an open window too loud... In the bathroom everything is a little old... The fridge is very weak. 1 night to stay is ok I guess. The room was all that was needed. Drinks in the fridge on reception (to buy).

Not worth the money!
Rooms are very bad! No safe, no fridge, no phone to call the reception, no iron or ironing board! No welcome water bottles!
On the first night checking in, i was given my room key went upstairs opened the room to find it already occupied and someone was already inside!!!
Second day, breakfast was not ready at 7 as it should be as the service team arrived late and didn’t prepare the breakfast, all guest had to wait at least 30 mins for the breakfast to be ready!
All in all, horrible hotel and not worth a penny!

Very friendly team of receptionists. Clean rooms. Toilets should be renovated. There was street drilling all during the stay and it was not mentioned.

Most reviews are correct this is a 2 star hotel on the best day Got woken up by massive drilling noises and the lady at the front desk instead of turning a negative to a positive decided to blame the neighbour A free breakfast would have been the right thing to day Avoid it room was NOT clean I won’t get into details Good location

We had a very nice stay here. The rooms were fine but too hot and there was no air-conditioning.
Thanks to the personal assistance of Bogo and Timo we had a good and carefree stay in the hotel.
Breakfast was fine.
The location of the hotel is just inbetween Little Tokyo and the shopping street. Everything is walking distance. For shopping there is a bakery and supermarket close by. Also the U-bahn station is almost next door. Very recommendable. Say hi to Timo and Bogo, give them.our best regards.

Rooms not clean enough for the price. You should be able to receive new waterbottles in the room everyday not just the first day.
Breakfast was cute. I like that they had mini doughnuts. Staff didn't speak much English.
They should have filled up the hand sanitizer by the elevator. Overall not worth staying for the price.

Great location and the hotel overall. It can get quite loud outside if the window is left open due to a central location. Parking (under ground) is 15€ per night. street parking around barely impossible and for pay as well

We has been stay here for 2 nights.Super friendly people and profesional!Room was very clean and also confortable beds.Breakfast was also good and nice jus orange and tasty coffee!The blond girl has help us realy friendly and has give us some tips about the city with a map.Also she made for us a upgrade for a bigger room,couse we have child!When we do Dusseldorf again than for sure we will stay in this hotel!Thank you somuch staff and we hope to see you soon again!!😍greetings,Gideon Hagedorn,aleksandr and Natalia Aksenova
