Hotel needs renewals
The hotel needs a general renewal. Is somehow stinky.
It doesn’t have a laundry service, ant it is a problem when you are on a buz trip.
Breakfast is poor and low quality; doesnt expect it in a 4 stars hotel, having paid 279,00€ x night.

This hotel was a disaster from start to finish. We arrived at 2:30 PM to a room that felt like a freezer—windows wide open in -3°C weather, no heating, and floors so cold we couldn’t stand barefoot. The bathtub was filthy, the lamp was broken, and the bed had a flimsy summer blanket unfit for winter.

After waiting hours for the room to warm up (it never did), I pleaded with reception for extra blankets. The staff was shockingly rude, interrogating me before claiming they’d “bring blankets up.” I waited 40 minutes, returned twice, and finally got blankets after over an hour. The bathroom was too grimy to shower, and the entire place felt neglected, with staff who clearly didn’t care.

Never again. This wasn’t a hotel stay—it was survival mode. Worst experience of my life.

Upon checking in at 2:30 PM, we were horrified to discover our room felt like a freezer—all windows were wide open in -3°C weather, the radiators were off, and the space was utterly frigid. To make matters worse, the room was visibly dirty (especially the bathtub, which had stains and grime), the bedside lamp was broken, and the bed was uncomfortably stiff with only a thin summer blanket provided—completely inadequate for the freezing temperatures. Unable to tolerate the cold, we left the room and waited hours, hoping it would warm up. By 11 PM, with no improvement, I requested an extra blanket at reception. The staff member responded with inexplicable rudeness, asking intrusive questions before dismissively agreeing to help. After waiting 40 minutes, no blanket arrived. I returned twice more, enduring another 15-minute wait and a final 5-minute standoff, only to receive two blankets over an hour later. The entire night was unbearable. The icy room, filthy bathroom (which made showering unthinkable), and lack of basic comfort turned what should have been a restful stay into a sleepless nightmare. The hotel’s neglect is staggering—it feels abandoned, mismanaged, and staffed by indifferent personnel. Avoid this place at all costs. I’ve never encountered such appalling service or conditions in any accommodation, ever.

Location is great, shame after we walked all day in the city we came home in a room to dirty to call a hotel room. After complaining we got a different room which was on its own dirty as well. And the room we got after complaining was significantly smaller. The receptionist said she could not come and look for herself because she was alone, even though there were 2 other staff members present behind the desk. After this we decided to leave at 22:30 and drive home for 2 hours because in no way we would feel clean if we had slept there

It was the most terrible hotel I've ever stayed.

1. I booked a twin room with a bath tub for 3 days but staff said there is no bath tub in this hotel. (Even I showed them my booking reference and written ''twin room and bath tab'')
2. I couldn't close the window properly. The lock was broken.
3. Breakfast was cancelled on day 1 because there is no staff (sick off).
4. I couldn't sleep well as walls are too thin and noisy.

No lights in the bathroom on day 2, and finally they changed my room to twin bed with bath tub which I actually booked (so it does exist then).
I haven't got refund for the room and on day 1 breakfast yet.

It's a shame because the area was so convenient but I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

Friendly staff and easy check in, but the room was so dirty. The bathroom was full of mold and all surfaces in the bedroom were rather dusty.
Also it seems like it got renovated some years ago, but poorly and with the cheapest materials available because everything was kind of halfway falling apart.
There were no bed side power sockets, and the "free coffee" selection hadn't been refilled.
The wifi was very slow and unsteady.
It's located fairly close to both the main station and some attractive areas but the location itself is nothing fancy.
We paid 78 for the cheapest possible room off-season and while it's not premium price it definitely wasn't worth it.
