Reviews
Location is great, near the Frankfurt HBF.
The tram stops are right in front of the hotel door.
The bed, facilities, cleanliness are great. Though its' not a new hotel, they keep all in good condition. One thing to say is the soft mattress of the bed.
Service is helpful, but are not very talkative.
Location - very good, the tram is right outside of the hotel, could reach my wanted locations easily.
There is a little carpark downstairs for 15€ a day, very handy if you have some heavy luggage to carry, but one ought to be careful because it is very narrow (not to be recommended for big-sized cars) and it can be very easy to leave some of your car's paint on one of the supportive concrete pillars placed in critical spots.
Staying in this hotel was a nice experience overall, I'll go there again.
If you need security. Please don’t stay this hotel. My aunt's bag was stolen in the dining room.(In the hotel restaurant) and No one helped us, not even the police. Worst experience in my life at Frankfurt city.
