One of the worst service ever. All of the employees are pretty much not helpful at all. When we first arrived, there was no path for the luggages. We had to carry each one of them up (they are around 20kg each). I saw 2 employees in the hall just staring at us struggling to carry them (1st red flag). After checking in, the receptionist gave us the keycards to our rooms WHICH WAS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BULDING ACROSS THE ROAD (to the architect and the ceo of this specific location, are you ok?). The dude at the reception (i dont remember his name but he has an afro) knew that our rooms were across the street but said nothing, we only knew because when we stepped in the elevator, we didnt see our room number (2nd red flag). we have 4 rooms in total and by the end of our staying, 1 had to be changed bc of the smell, 1 had no fridge and in a span of 2 days we had to run across the street to change our key rooms abt 10 times because they didnt work (i lost counts of the flags). 2 employees (one of them was a cleaning lady named Brankica) BARGED INTO OUR ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING USING THEIR KEYS. Brankica even rudely blamed us for not hearing her non-existent knocking and slammed OUR room door on US (???). The 2nd morning, an empolyee stopped us from getting in to breakfast room bc quote on quote “uhm i dont see your room” when yesterday morning she had no problem cleaning up our dishes. do not waste your money on this hotel, not worthy at all. spend your money somewhere else.

The hotel is rated as 4 stars but it barely reaches a 3 star category. The ONLY and main lift only fits 2 people with luggage! The room was acceptable, a bit old-fashioned but ok. Both the afternoon and morning staff at front desk were terribly rude and very "not" helpful. I will never ever stay at this hotel again only because of its unfriendly staff.

If you need security. Please don’t stay this hotel.My aunt's bag was stolen in the dining room.(In the hotel restaurant) and No one helped us, not even the police. Worst experience in my life at Frankfurt city.

I visit Frankfrurt at regular basis, and choose between other places to stay. This time it was on a short notice, and had to try something new. Location is the only positive aspect of this hotel. Rooms are very dirty, carpets need to be taken out and burned! Uncomfortable beds and bedding. The whole hotel looks as if it's stuck in time in the 80's. Everything is in a sorry state. That place is barely a 2 star workers motel not a 4 start hotel... Breakfast restaurant is a joke.... Big tables for people to sit cramped together, no privacy... breakfast bufet matching the restaurant... nothing to choose from... Poor experiance overall.

Very unpleasant service. I was travelling for work, the good thing it's was that the place was near by the exhibition centre. The bad thing is that the service was very poor. Cleaning on the room was not good. I have had a health issue (asthma) due to the bad cleanliness. I ask for room change and they were holding the answer back along the day even though I was insisting to have an answer in order to find another place to sleep. Answer was given very late after leaving on hold all day for nothing. Very apathic approach. Not recommended.
